Golf courses are currently 30 mins away. - including Elea GC (Nick Faldo design) and the New Secret Valley (Tony Jacklin design)
Parekklisia (the district) now has a golf driving range. The village of Parekklissia (4kms away) is typically Cypriot as are the surrounding villages of Ayios Tychonas, Moutagiaka, Moni & Monogrouli - each with their choices of restaurants and windy streets.
Hire bikes locally and shop around the corner from the apartment. Superb local bakeries.
Local beaches great for all beach and sea lovers.

We regularly update the apartment so that it retains a contemporary, spacious feel and provide all the comforts you would hope for in a holiday home or indeed your own home.
Guests can completely relax here on holiday safe in the knowledge that in Diane & Colin, we have the local support they might need.

We really appreciate this review as it highlights the great space, facilities but most importantly the support services provided through Colin & Diane.
Yes - we regularly invest into the apartment to ensure there are regular touches made to improve the holiday experience. Recently a Nespresso coffee machine was added.
We imagine the remote controlled awnings also give the feeling of another room, which can be enjoyed day & night, and is beautifully lit in the evening.
We plan to develop the property even further.

We appreciate this guest's comments. She makes particular mention of the space the apartment has and the great balcony facility (with remote control left and right hasnd side awnings) where breakfasts and evening meals and drinks can be taken whilst enjoying the views.
Yes - we ensure you receive refreshments on arrival and the apartment has all facilities you need (including free Wi-Fi and TV).
There is plenty of local restaurant choice and as this guest mentions Uptown Square caters for the tradional and international tastes with Asian offerings in first-class Thai and Chinese restaurants too.

We keep the apartment and all its facilities including the free wi-fi ,up to date and the recent improvement of providing awnings which now open independently (via remote control) means that some may enjoy sun, whilst others shade on the large balcony.

"The Terrace became our second home!"
We have just returned from 10 days at Bayview - totally refreshed and relaxed. Was a bit of a shock setting off to work today in the dark and at 5 degrees celsius. This apartment is spotlessly clean and you are warmly welcomed by Diane & Colin, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The balcony / terrace was the overwhelming feature for us - we wanted a chance to chill-out after a particularly busy year, and the very large private terrace which receives the sun all day, really did become our lounge! Bayview is well equipped and everything works - good aircon and great wi-fi. Many eateries locally, and a small supermarket 5 minutes away - and the 'Meridien to MyMall' local bus stops at the bottom of the road - so Larnaca Centre is easily accessible in 15 minutes. Fancy some calories.....head for the 'Sailors Rest' and indulge in the Waffles - with ice cream and a variety of fruits. Ooopps - back on the diet! Andrew & Joanna (owners) are a mine of useful information and hugely helpful.
We are most pleased that this guest has highlighted the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment.
We appreciated the fact that they told us how pleased they are with all the "customer service" we & our local property manager provided too.
