Immaculate, well furnished semi-detached chalet situated just 10 minutes from Reina Sofia south airport. Although close to the airport the unit is far enough away from the flight path and there is no disturbance from the aircraft.

The unit comprises of two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor with views over the sparkling Atlantic ocean at Amarilla Golf.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized double bed,ceiling fans, bedside tables with reading lamps, dressing table, mirror and chair. It has en-suite bathroom with full sized bath, vanity unit and make-up mirror. The sliding patio doors lead out onto the breakfast sun terrace.

The Guest bedroom has two twin beds, bedside tables, ceiling fans, reading lamps, dressing table, mirror, chair and ample wardrobe space.

The kitchen boasts a modern granite island, is open plan and excellently equipped for the perfect self catering holiday. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and fridge freezer.

The lounge area is spacious, has sliding patio doors leading out on the sun terrace.
It is furnished with a three seater, two seater sofa, foot pouf, coffee table, dining chairs ceiling fans, satellite TV BBC1,BB2. ITV, ITV 2 Channel 4 & 5 , Movie Channel, Euro sports in German, DVD with a selection of free DVDs,CD music player and Wi-Fi available.

The large sun terrace has views over the sea, provides all day sunshine, roll out awnings over both the bedroom and lounge patio doors providing shade if needed,
The private terrace is spacious and is furnished with sunbeds with cushions, oval patio table and patio chairs ,BBQ for Al Fresco dining... enjoy

The swimming pool boasts views over the Ocean and is just seconds from the unit. Its usage is only for guests on the complex, hence, it is never over crowded. Steps and hand rail into the pool , the shallow end to the pool makes it safe for children , it has wheelchair access and is perfect for disabled or not so active holiday makers.

Just had a great week to get away from the miserable weather in the UK, the chalet was immaculate and the weather scorching hot. We cannot fault the owners of the accommodation as although they are going to fit air.conditioning they came round with a portable air con unit. We will be back, thanks Sid & Mavis

Situated in a very quiet place, this property is ideal to share a holiday with a small family.
The small supermarket and pubs are in walking distance, and the beautiful beaches of Los Cristianos are just in 10 minutes drive.
The house has everything one may need - it's very well equipped and - last but not least - no occasional noise will ruin your nirvana. Sergey and family

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was lovely, and the complex really quiet and well kept. Hard to find any fault with the apartment. Generally , everything was pretty much perfect!..Thanks also for letting us stay the extra night. England is very wet and miserable since we have been home, we wish we were back there!
