About the home

Immaculate, well furnished semi-detached bungalow with shared heated swimming pool looking out over the ocean
The bungalow is set in a private, quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing 'getaway from it all' holiday. The gardens are beautifully maintained with tropical trees and flowers surrounding the bungalow. The coastal walkway leads you directly to the new water marina. Situated just 10 minutes from Reina Sofia airport. The property is far enough away from the flight path and there is very little disturbance from the aircraft.

The bungalow comprises of two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor with views over the sparkling Atlantic ocean at Amarilla Golf. The property is situated high up on the end of a row, with a lush garden to its side you only have neighbours on one side and nobody above or underneath to disrupt your peace.
The open plan kitchen boasts a modern semi-circular granite island and is excellently equipped for the perfect self catering holiday. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and fridge freezer.

The lounge area is spacious, has sliding patio doors leading out on the sun terrace.
It is furnished with a three seater, two seater sofa, foot pouf, coffee table, dining chairs ceiling fans,

Complimentary Wireless Internet Access throughout the bungalow - You can even check your mail on the outside terrace.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized double bed (150cms x 200cms), it has a new quality "SILENT KNIGHT" mattress for restful nights, ceiling fans with lights, bedside tables with reading lamps, dressing table, large mirror and bedroom chair.
The en-suite bathroom has a full sized bath, over head shower, vanity unit with marble top, hairdryer and make-up mirror.
The sliding patio doors lead out onto the breakfast sun terrace looking over the ocean.


The Guest bedroom offers two twin beds (90cms x 190cms), bedside tables, ceiling fans with lights, reading lamps, dressing table, mirror, chair and ample wardrobe space.

The guest bathroom comprises of a cubical shower, shower mats, vanity unit with marble top, large lighted wall mirror and storage cupboards.

All bedlinen and towels are provided including beach towels. - All linen is changed on a weekly basis.

The large sun terrace has views of the sea, provides all day sunshine, roll out awnings over both the bedroom and lounge patio doors providing shade if needed,
The private terrace is spacious and is furnished with two recliner sunbeds ,two recliner chairs with cushions Large rectangular patio table, wrought iron patio chairs , BBQ for Al Fresco dining... enjoy.
A large cool box, two fold up sun chairs are provided which can be taken to the beach.

The swimming pool is heated over the winter months and boasts views over the Ocean, the setting is just divine and is just seconds from the property. The pool area is privately gated and its usage is only for guests on the complex, hence, it is never over crowded . Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All guests swim at their own risk.
Parasols and ample sunbeds are provided , Roman steps on the pool entrance and hand rail into the pool, enables easy access. The pool area has wheelchair access and is perfect for disabled or not so active holiday makers.

* Supermarket, hairdressers & Beauty, Spa. Gym, Water sports Marina, laundrette, all close by.
* Hipermarkets- Mercandona, Hiperdino, Icelands- 10 mins drive.
* Eating out :- Vista Mar at the Marina, Chinese Restaurant, Fairways Club House, Premier Bar Night Club, The Terrace Bar , 9th hole bar, Sports Bar, Aires Bar, Pinehurst bar and Take Away food restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
The complex of Fairways offers a very nice restaurant with entertainment at the weekends.During the day visit the Island bar set within the pool serving food all day + evening carveries,
The Terrace Bar offers good food with live entertainment on the outside terrace.
10 minutes away is Golf Del Sur - San Blas Commercial shopping centre, Food Hiper market, shops, banks, doctors, all types of restaurants, Bars , hairdressers

The owners of the property live on the island and are always happy to be of assistance, if required.
A English speaking doctors and chemist can be found on Golf Del Sur " Excellent Medical Centre"

Under no circumstances must the pool be used late at night to disturb the residents. All guests swim at own risk.
No loud music to be played late at night.
No glass to be used around the pool area. Plastic glasses are provided.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property but ashtrays are provided for use on the outside patio.

Villa entrance has three steps at the door way .- the inside of the unit it is all on one level.
Parking outside the door, very easy access for shopping etc. No flights of stairs or lifts.

“Perfect accommodation in perfect location” We stayed for 10 days 23 April to 3 May. The bungalow is beautifully furnished to a high standard and is situated in a quiet, peaceful and immaculately kept community. The views to the sea and mountains are uninterrupted and provide a calm and relaxing backdrop to the pool area. If you want to explore the area/island you will need a car, but as we came to relax we got a taxi from the airport and ordered our shopping online from Mercadona supermarket before leaving the UK and had it delivered. Free wi-fi in the bungalow meant we could do a further internet shop midweek. All items such as washing liquid , dishwasher tablets etc were all provided so no need to buy or take with you. We dined a couple of times at restaurants in Los Abrigos, it was well worth the 10 euro taxi ride. The communications with Debbie the owner were friendly and helpful. Everything about this bungalow, location and holiday was perfect. All being well we'll be back next year.

“Great Apartment - well equipped and great pool” This is one of the best holiday homes that we have stayed in. Well equipped, clean and spacious with wii fi which is great. The accomodation is in the quieter end of the complex - we had the pool to ourself on most days. The pool is large and overlooks the sea. Great balcony and barbie at the apartment. You really need a car if you want to get around. There are bars and restaurants that are walkable but you are limited. The area is catering for ex-pats and Brits so the restaurants on the complext do not have local Canarian food. However a short drive to Los Abrigos provides great fish restaurants and El Medano is a wonderful resort which caters mainly for the Spanish tourist... a great place with a great laid back vibe... and not a lager lout in sight. Highly recommend this accomodation especially as a base for touring Tenerife Response: Many thanks, pleased you found the WI-FI useful. “excellent holiday home” The bungalow was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more, It is in a lovely location with sea views from the terrace, the pool has an uninterrupted view of the sea and most days we had it all to ourselves , It is in a nice quiet area yet not too far to travel to los christianos for a meal in the evening or to visit the shops their (you do need a car here). “Peaceful,high spec beautiful bungalow with every detail thought about” Thoroughly enjoyed this stay. Debbie had decorated and accessorised the bungalow beautifully. The bed was very comfortable, the view from the balcony was lovely and the communal pool was a stones throw away and not too busy. Debbie had thought of everything from the beach towels to an umbrella in case it rained (which it did!) to beach chairs which you were able to take out if you wished. There was a very thorough selection of dvds and reading books. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend. The only thing missing was free wi fi connection for our teenage children- however Debbie said she would have that in very soon. Couldn't fault - very clean had all mod cons - but you do need a car if you are staying here to get about- but it's perfect if you do. We would choose to stay here again when we are next in tenerife.Thanks Debbie for a lovely stay- the booking procedure was very quick and efficient too.
