Offering unrivaled views across the fairways to the Marina & Ocean beyond. This beautiful 1st floor apartment sleeping 2 adults nestles among the fairways of this beautifully manicured PGA Championship Golf Course. This is not your average holiday rental!

The Apartment comprises of, bedroom, bath/shower room, an American style kitchen and breakfast bar, a large lounge with 32" Samsung LCD flatscreen tv and dvd player. Patio doors leading to two 3 spacious terraces, the larger two to the rear which has table, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue and overlooks the golf course and marina and is fully protected with Mosquito screens.

A smaller patio area is located to the front of the property overlooking a secluded garden / sun terrace with palm tree fringed free form tropical swimming pool with a separate shallow area for children, where ample sun beds are available. (See above) Picture shows our apt with orange life belt on stairs. The Apt is fitted to a very high standard, the bedroom is furnished with a king size bed TV and DVD player and kitchen even benefits from a wine chiller!

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is part of the Canary Island archipelago just off the west coast of Africa. Tenerife is known as the land of the eternal spring enjoying year round sunshine and warmth and features the lowest temperature difference between summer and winter for virtually anywhere in the world. It is on the same degree of latitude as Florida and the Bahamas.

Only 4 hours flying time from the UK this sub-tropical island has one of the finest climates on the planet. From the snow capped peak of Mount Teide to the sun drenched beaches of the coast. The southern coastal areas enjoy the most sunshine, the best weather, the least clouds and highest temperatures.

Amarilla Golf / Pebble Beach area

Our apartment is situated in the most peaceful and tranquil of resorts just 5 mins drive from the airport. You will be leaving the hustle and bustle of everyday life well behind once you have arrived here. The apartment is immediately next to the golf course, and set close by a rustic coastal path. However, you are also within easy access of all local amenities.

The resort of Golf Del Sur is only a 5 minute walk along the coastal path where you will find many restaurants and bars with the large Commercial Centre of San Blas, a 15 minute walk away. At San Blas you will find shops, banks, car hire facilities and numerous pleasant bars and restaurants with evening entertainment. A 10 minute drive will take you to the still non-developed villages of Los Abrigos and El Medano, and a 15 minute drive will take you to the lively resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Amarilla Golf has several bars, shops and restaurants. Tenerife is noted for it's all year round climate and it's golf courses. The gentle sea breeze helps to keep you cool while enjoying the challenge of this championship golf course. There are also a number of other golf courses with in easy reach of the apartment. Golf Del Sur with its restaurants, bars and shopping facilities is a short walk away.

Local activities include; golf, horse riding, bowling, health SPA, tennis, go-carting, water sports and submarine safaris only 200yards away. Bars, restaurants, mini markets are all available near to the Complex.

Just returned having spent 2 weeks in your property in Amarillo Golf ! I must say that this is the most comfortable property with the most stunning outlook over both the golf course, marina and sea ! we could not believe the the view from the balcony which made us eat in more often than we ever would have previously considered and enjoyed a bottle of wine watching the boats and golfers for hours on end, we even observed dolphins in the bay on two occasions!
