This beautiful Andalusian villa is ideally situated on a Golf Course, opposite the 6th Tee, and benefits from a lovely sea and marina entrance view.
The property is tastefully furnished and has a private pool and garden. Situated in a quiet area it is truly the ideal place to relax and unwind!
There are three bedrooms available. Each bedroom has 2 beds and a private bathroom. In addition, there is a cot available for little children. Furthermore, the villa is not only perfect for elderly guests but also for guests with walking problems as there are no stairs eiter inside nor outside the villa. It is also ideal for families and couples. Small groups of at least two people are welcome (special prices available)

The Tenerife region
More and more golfers and windsurfers are enjoying the healthiest climate in Europe all the year round, here in Tenerife.
The normal winter temperature in Tenerife stays steadily above 20° and in summer rises to a pleasant 25° . Tenerife, the largest of the Canary Islands, is famous not only for its lovely climate but also for its great variety of different landscapes. In the North, Mount Tide, the highest mountain in Spain, is surrounded by a wounderful forest " Las Canadas", which covers mountain slopes and provides the spectacular very green scenery of the North.
This area is included in the National Park, where a higher rainfall is recorded then in the south of the Island. Our lovely Villa is situated in the sunnier South, on the 18th hole of "Amarilla Golf Course". We are located right on the 5th Tee, approximately 80 mtr from the sea and direkt neighbours to another 27 hole Golf Course called "Golf del Sur".
Amarilla Golf / La Quinta area
On our holiday complex you will find restaurants and bars with evening entertainment if you wish, supermarkets and facilities for tennis, horse-riding, as well as diving and sailing possibilities.
There are lovely walks along the pretty coastline. A gym & cosmeticpalace also in walking distance at "Hotel Aquamarin Golf del Sur ". Tenerife now offers more and more Golf Courses in the South. At present , besides the two already described, there is a beginners training centre with 9 hole course and excellent Driving Range & Golf Trainer, within easy reach. Golf Centre Los Palos near Guaza.
Also in the South is the new Golf Course in Playa de las Americas 18th hole and the Golf Course at Costa Adeche. Both are about 15 min. by Car from the Villa.
In the North there is only 1 Golf Course, near the Airport Los Realos, also 18th hole. Windsurfing - El Medano the place to go also in easy reach about 12 min. by Car. Her are the professionals practicing . The World Cup Tournement was held here often. Just to watch them practicing on the board is breathtaking.
But not only ... El Medano is a lovely Town, with beatifull beaches and walks on the wooden blanks like Deauville. Very nice restaurants all ranges with very good food. Our favourites are Café M. and Cafe de Paris.
Los Abrigos ........... a former Fisher Village famous for the fish restaurants & variety . No menues at some of the restaurants, you can pick your fish at the display . Our Favorit is " Vista Mar " .

Further details indoors: All windows and doors are equipped with fly screens. Every bedroom and the lounge are provided with a fan. In addition, the villa has an American kitchen with a proper bar and six bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with a exhaust hood, a gas stove and an electric oven. There are plenty of pots, pans, plates and glasses available for at least six people.
Further details outdoors: There are sunloungers with cushions, two tables and plenty of garden chairs available either on the sunny side or the shady side of the villa. There a 2 Terracces to please , the 1 Terracce is facing the 6th Tee + the Entrace from the Marina. The other Terracce is at the Pool side, with a Roof , Barbeque Place + Log Fire aerea, near the Loan

Guests are provided with a welcome pack (milk, water, mineral water, bread, butter, and with toilet paper for every WC). Besides the bedclothes we supply every client with two small towels (50x100 cm) and one big towel and one foot mat for each bathroom. Moreover, we also equip every client with two beach towels. An English speaking representative on hand to answer any questions on site.
Conditions
15% of the net rental fee has to be paid at reservation. Please pay the rest amount of rental fee four weeks before arrival. The deposit of 330,00€ will be paid back completely (if the property inspection proves that nothing has been damaged). Cancellation fee : up to 5 weeks before DEPARTURE 15 % of rental price. 4 weeks before arrival 20 % of rental price 3 weeks before arrival 25 % of rental price 2 weeks before arrival 30 % of rental price 1 week before arrival 35 % of rental price
