Home description
Our apartment is perfectly suited for golfers and is especially favoured by retired couples looking for winter sun.
The apartment is our second home and is furnished with good quality comfortable furniture, we have very nice neighbours on both sides and you can view the sea whilst sitting in our lounge. English TV programs, U.K. Gold and Sky Sport. There is an onsite heated outdoor swimming pool just 1 minute walk away within our complex with plenty of sunbeds and 2 others within walking distance that guests are free to use as well.
Supermarket, hairdressers, beauty salon and a variety of bars and restaurants are all with 0.1km. The new San Miguel Marina is only 2 mins walk and can be viewed across the fairway from our lounge and patio. There is a very nice new cafe at the end of the marina where you can sit, have a drink and soak up the sun. Yacht racing can often be viewed from here and you can also take a trip in the yellow submarine under the ocean. Across the fairway is the Aguamarina Hotel which houses good bars, often with entertainment and also a luxury spa with a variety of treatments. Friday is market day here and just a short walk along are the bus stops which take you into Los Cristianos and Las Americas. For those of you looking for a bit more action there is Horse Riding for beginers and experts alike and also water sports, diving etc., both within short walking distances. Lots of golf courses to international standards, pitch and put as well as driving ranges.

Amarilla Golf is just fifteen minutes from Tenerife airport and is ideally situated being just 15 minutes from Los Christianos and Las Americas in one direction and 10 minutes from the beautiful El Medano beach in the other.

Watersports, swimming, fishing, horse riding,picturesque coastal walks, tennis and of course golf are all available in the local area to make this a fabulous holiday for all the family.
Swimming pools, bars, restaurants are just a few minues walk away providing for all your holiday needs but if you like a walk take the coastal path to the fish restaurants in Los Abrigos.

Flights to Tenerife South, many budget airlines now fly there, really good deals especially for Winter Sun, contact the owner for help infinding low cost flights. Our apartment is only 10 mins by car/taxi from the airport

Further details indoors: The apartment is our second home and is fully equipped to make our guests stays comfortable, we use the apartment ourselves at least once or twice a year. We have an extremely good local lady who looks after the apartment for us and keeps it up to a high standard of cleanliness. The sofa's are both good quality and are very comfortable as are our beds which are craftamatic adjustable beds both having an electric massage facility which is extremely good for all aches and pains. Our wardrobes and cupboards are all well stocked, plenty of bedding, towels, pots and pans, china, dishes, cutlery etc., There are a variety of videos, dvds, cds, books and board games for our guests use. There are ceiling fans in both rooms for the summer months and a heater for use in the rare cold winter evenings. A dining table and 4 chairs are positioned in the dining area of the lounge.
Further details outdoors: On our patio we have a large table with parasol and 4 chairs for outside dining along with 2 adjustable relaxing chairs with padded seats and 2 sun loungers for stretching out and sunbathing. Whilst our apartment is accessed down a flight of stairs, once inside the apartment and out onto the patio there are no more steps. .

Prices are the same £150 a week all the year round except over christmas and the new year £250 week.
We can also offer discounted 2 week stays at £250. Rates can be negotiated for stays of 6 weeks or longer.
