Fairways is a small private development in Adulucian village style, which is gated for security and exclusivity.
This apartment is privately owned and fully equipped, it is decorated & maintained to the highest standards. It is situated on the top (2nd) floor but unlike the majority of other properties at Fairways, it has south sea-facing balcony and terrace roof, for all day sun. The rooftop has loungers and being gated, it can be locked for 'private' sunbthing !
The Apartment was fully refurbished in late 2004 and has now the latest fire detecton system and flame retardent materials. There should be no confusion between this property and some other sparce, undistinguished holiday properties offered locally.

The Tenerife region
Fairways is situated on the southern Costa de Silencio coastline. Twenty miles to the north is the mount Teide volcano (the highest mountain in Spain) with many walking trails and climbs. A few hundred metres to the south is the rugged Atlantic coast with dramatic coastal walks. Here the beaches are shingle,but a short distance away in either direction you will discover safe sandy ones. Nearbye is Los Abrigos, renowned for its many fresh seafood restaurants which surround a picturesque harbour. It is only a short drive away but can also be visited by the new coastal walk from Fairways. For designer shopping or a hectic nightlife , Las Americas and Los Cristianos is about a 15 minute taxi ride away
Amarilla Golf / Fairways area
The Estates facilities include more swimming pools, golf courses and tennis courts. Local activities include horse riding, cycling, costal walks and from the new marina (5 minutes walk) windsurfing,jet skis, sailing and scuba diving.
Fairways is situated in the middle of two championship Golf courses and the Amarilla clubhouse is within easywalking distance.
The complex has free children's entertaiment and an outdoor play area with safety flooring, climbing frame, swing, ping pong and a bouncy castle at prime times
How to get there
Tenerife South (TFS) Airport is a 15 minute Taxi ride away and cost is about 10 -15 euro. Alternatively a Hire car can be arranged to be delivered to you on arrival at the Airport

Further details indoors: There is a bright & airy spacious lounge with digital English TV, DVD, CD player and stereo. Ventian tiles cover the foor and most rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is electric and fully equipped with hob, oven,microwave, coffe maker, toaster, etc. Also for the more energetic there is a washing machine, iron, board and clothes drier. There is no charge for the welcome pack including tea,coffee, milk, biscuits etc which will greet you.
The twin aspect master bedroom has a double bed with a en suite bathroom and a hair dryer ! French doors open onto the balconcy which has built in bar b q and enough table & chairs for up to six to dine 'al fresco'
The two bedded second bedroom is light & airy with adjacent bathroom and shower and both bedrooms have built in cupbords with more than ample space .
Fairways is ultra safe and secure but for peace of mind the apartment has an elecronic safe
Further details outdoors: Located on the Amarilla Golf & Country Club resort, 'Fairways' offers a secure development with beautiful sub tropical gardens and the best swimming pool for miles. It is heated, has children's area and is monitored all day long by a professional lifeguard. In the centre there is an Island bar which serves food all day long. On site there is is a quality restaurant, carhire and several bars. Adjacent is a supermarket, laundry, a take away, video hire, sports bar and more restaurants.
There is a new outdoor children's play area with safety flooring, climbing frame, slide, table football, swing and occasional bouncey castle . Additionally there are free organised children's activities. Consequently the accommodation and resort are particularly popular with families and also for those seeking a quiet quality haven in which to relax & enjoy the sunshine and scenery.
