Home description
A ground floor one bedroom Apartment, traditional Spanish style in small block of six units,right on the sea front, 25 metres from the pebble beach. (Three swimming pools very near or sea swimming/snorkelling from the rocks for those who wish.)
Generous well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, conventional oven,toaster,coffee machine,juicer, microwave and refrigerator. A handy breakfast bar separates this from the lounge which is equipped easy chairs and a setee with cable television (BBC/ITV/SKY and Local TV) /DVD player/ and small separate Radio/tape player.The lounge also has a three speed ceiling fan.
The sliding patio door opens out to spacious full width south facing patio to catch the sun from morning to night complete with dining table,chairs and sun loungers and sun umbrella . Next door to the comfortable lounge is the bedroom with two single beds and a patio door again opening out on to the patio with it's magnificent sea views. The bedroom also has a three speed ceiling fan. The bathroom has a full size bath and excellent shower and a small automatic top loading washing machine.

The Tenerife region
Pebble Beach Village is a small community surrounded by the famous Amarilla Golf Course with its prestige Club House 10 minutes walk away. The Club House has an excellent restaurant where anything from late morning breakfasts through to speciality dinners are available. Guests may play the course, use the putting green, driving range or tennis court. There is also a central swimming pool for those wishing to swim before their breakfast. Further afield there are such well known attractions such as Mount Tiede and the large seaside resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos.
Amarilla Golf / San Miguel Marina area
Pebble Beach is a small quiet community, nearby however such things as horse riding, mountain biking, sailing, sail boarding, snorkeling, fishing, diving and surf boarding are available.
How to get there
Tenerife South TFS (Sophia Riena) Short taxi ride from the Airport costing 15 euros. Car hire can be arranged at the Airport or pre hired cars collected from the Airport.

Further details indoors: The apartment is large and airy with a generous sized lounge and balcony area. There is a Satellite TV with a DVD player. The kitchen has all the normal requirements including a fridge, and a microwave cooker as well as a conventional cooker with oven and ceramic hob along with a fruit juicer for your fresh morning orange juice.
Further details outdoors: Swimming pools open all year. Beach only 25 metres in front of the apartment, (large pebbles and rocks, good for fishing, snorkelling and diving. Sandy beaches at El Medano - 15 minutes drive away. Also nearby there is a small well stocked delicatessen for your fresh bread, vegetables and meats, selling also wines spirits and beers. The apartment also has satellite / cable TV and a DVD player for the odd evenings at home or a choice of of three community swimming pools from only 2-3 minutes away for the more energetic!
Optional walking opportunities along the coastal path to other coastal villages to the left or right. Several small bars and good restaurants only minutes away and some very goodspanish restaurants a little further afield .
Further details
One small private community pool 4 minutes walk from the apartment and larger pool with sea views less than 10 minutes walk along the coastal path exclusively for the use of owners and their guests. There is a coastal path passing in front of the apartment with walks to Las Galletas (a very pretty fishing village with sea front restaurants). Going the other way passed the new San Miguel Marina through Golf del Sur to probably the best centre for sea food restaurants at the working harbour of Los Abrigos.
Conditions
As a courtesy to our guests we encourage smoking outside the apartment on the patio only. For the enjoyment of all in this very quiet environment loud music and noisy parties are actively discouraged.
