Home description
A first floor apartment in a quiet location with uninterrupted views of the sea. It is fully furnished with the main bedroom (double bed) having a patio door leading out onto a full width balcony for private sunbathing from morning to night! Also nearby there is a small well stocked delicatessen for your fresh bread, vegetables and meats, selling also wines spirits and beers. The apartment also has satellite/ cable TV and a DVD player for the odd evenings at home or a choice of of three community swimming pools from only 2-3 minutes away for the more energetic! The second bedroom has twin beds, The bathroom has both a bath and shower along with a full sized washing machine. There is a modestly sized kitchen with a full sized oven and hob along with a microwave,fridge and juicer. The large lounge has a ceiling fan, one settee and two comfortable arm chairs,coffee table,Cable Sky TV, DVD video

The Tenerife region
The apartment is righton the coast, overlooking the sea with coastal walks right outside the door. A short drive away is the dramatic Mount Tiede. Or one could head the other way to the flesh pots of Playa de las Americas or the rather more upmarket Los Cristianos.
Amarilla Golf / San Miguel Marina area
Nearby there are super Tennis clubs that welcome guest players for social tennis sessions several times a week or for coaching if you feel the need! Also wind-surfing sailing swiming snorkling as well as scuba diving courses-(they worked for me!!)
Beach only 25 meters in front of apartment - large pebbles or rocks, good for fishing and snorkleing or diving. Sandy beaches at El Medano -15 mins drive.
Optional walking opportunities along the coastal path to other coastal villages to the left or right. Several small bars and restaurants only minutes away and some very good restaurants a little further afield but several within walking distance.
We are surrounded by Golf courses, there are two super Tennis clubs (guests welcome for social tennis or coaching) 15 mins drive away, as would be windsurfing , Scuba diving, horse riding, boat hire and a new crown bowls green.
Last but not least it is a very good area for doing nothing , or just looking out to sea for the occasional dolphin.
How to get there
Fly to Tenerife South TFS-( Tenerife Sophia Riena) Collect Hire Car or better still take one of the several Taxis waiting outside. It takes about seven minutes and costs around 15 euros (say £11) Car hire can be arranged from about £85 per week upwards and petrol a mere 35p/litre.

Further details indoors: The apartment is large and airy with a generous sized lounge and balcony area and and open plan, kitchen diner area. There is a large Sky cable TV giving a selection of Sports, soaps and films along with a DVD player. The kitchen has all the normal requirements including a large fridge/ freezer, and a microwave cooker as well as a Ceramic hob and conventional cooker oven with a fruit juicer for your fresh morning orange juice.
