This Lovely Refurbished Villa, has been built in the Traditional Canarian Bungalow design, with a spacious open plan living area and has Great Outside Terraces surrounding a fully heated swimming pool. It is conveniently located near the coast aswell as all the amenities that Amarilla Golf has to offer. There are two good-sized bedrooms, one Double Room, and a Twin-Bedded room, with a full sized Family Bathroom and a completely modernised kitchen, fully fitted with all the latest modern appliances.
The Kitchen includes a large Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Modern Oven and Hob, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher and sufficient crockery and cutlery for all your cooking requirements. The Dining area seats 4 comfortably and there is a washing machine available in the utility room.
The location of this Villa is very peaceful and tranquil aswell as offering a wealth of activities for all the family. Nearby is the 'San Miguel Marina' which offers various excursions, boat trips and the Yellow Submarine Experience, that provides a wonderful view of the local underwater sea-life!
You can also follow the coastal path to Golf del Sur where you will find a large Commercial Shopping Centre with its' array of bars, restaurants, evening entertainments and shops. A little further along this same coastline is the sandy 'blue flagged' beaches of El Medano, only a short journey by car, but well worth the visit.
Alternatively, you can take full advantage of the spacious external Sun Terrace, relax on one of the sunbeds provided, whilst topping up your sun-tan. Later, when the sun goes down, you can enjoy a meal, Al Fresco style, under the shade of the Pergola with a local glass of Sangria. Bliss!

Tenerife is a sub-tropical paradise, with volcanic desert landscapes, mountains, pine forests and beaches of black and white Sahara sand. It is often referred to as the 'Island of Eternal Spring' due to its' near perfect climate and an average annual temperature of 22 degrees.
The landscape is dominated by Mount Teide, a dormant Volcano that stands 3,718 metres high and part of the Nation Park, the highest point in Spain.
Tenerife has something for everyone! Golfing, Attractions, Excursions, Majestic scenery, Numerous water sport activities, plenty of sun and a warm relaxing atmosphere.
Once you have visited this lovely Island of Tenerife, you may never holiday anywhere else again!
The Amarilla Golf / La Quinta area
Amarilla has it's own extensive 18 Hole, Championship Golf Course and is enjoyed by many. This Villa is in a quiet road of La Quinta, over-looking the Golf Course and is part of a well-established, residential community.
New roadways have dramatically improved access to this whole area, yet it still retains it's natural beauty and tranquil atmosphere. The supermarket is only 10 minutes walk around the corner as are several local bars, excellent restaurants and the local Taxi Services.
The coastal walks are particularly picturesque. Follow the coast path to the San Miguel Marina and you will find a fantastic choice of Traditional, Mediterranean & Oriental Restaurants with little tables facing out to sea.
Continue your walk, along the coast, to the Commercial Centre of "San Blas" where you will find an array of shops, boutiques, bank, perfumery and several bar/ restaurants with evening entertainment and a good Night Club. The Taxi Rank is also located here should you require a lift home.

had a really enjoyable one weeks stay at Casa Josie. We arrived at dusk and it was dark before we found the villa..it was a little tricky! The pool was lovely and warm. The beds were uncomfortable but they always are I think! The kitchen was well equipped also. The only downside I would say is that it needs aircon. There are two fans in the property which isn't sufficient. I cannot imagine how hot it must be in the summer season! You need a car at this resort to fully appreciate it. The large supermarket on the big roundabout just after you exit the motorway from the airport (can't remember it's name) is very cheap. There is also a reasonable one at San Blas. The supermarket around the corner is expensive. I can highly recommend A C Woodenspoons for great entertainment and a good meal. Also the Playa Breeze at San Blas. |
