About the home

A recently refurbished one bedroom apartment, situated in the quiet Pebble Beach area of Amarilla Golf. Overlooking the 6th tee of the Amarilla Golf Course, there are magnificent views to the Marina, sea, golf course and Tiede and two large balconies give day long sunshine (or shade). Access to the 3 pools of Pebble Beach with sunloungers allow you to relax in the warm Tenerife sun. The apartment has been recently refurbished, and high ceilings make it very spacious and airy. Two large sofa beds give flexibility and comfort, and the apartment is well equipped, including TV with the main British channels and PS2 with many games, which also plays DVDs . It is a short walk to the bars, restaurants and supermarket of Amarilla Golf with a 15 min walk to Golf del Sur. Los Christianos and Playa de Las Americas are a 15 min drive and offer varied entertainment during the day or night.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is known as the land of the eternal spring enjoying year round sunshine and warmth and features the lowest temperature difference between summer and winter for virtually anywhere in the world. It is on the same degree of latitude as Florida and the Bahamas and is part of the Canary Island archipelago just off the west coast of Africa.

Approx 4 hours flying time from the UK this sub-tropical island has one of the finest climates on the planet. From the snow capped peak of Mount Teide to the sun drenched beaches of the coast. The southern coastal areas enjoy the most sunshine, the best weather, the least clouds and highest temperatures.

The Amarilla Golf / Pebble Beach area

Many water sports, as well as fishing, horse riding and tennis, picturesque coastal walks plus excellent swimming are all available in the local area to make this a fabulous holiday for the whole family not just the golf enthusiast.

Sandy beaches are a short drive away, and there is wind surfing and kite surfing at Medano and the popular beaches of Los Christianos and Las Americas have many activities for both the adventurous and the more sedate.

There are many attrations within a short distance including waterparks, pitch and putt and go-karts.

Swimming pools, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a moments walking distance, bringing you home from home essentials and entertainment, while the surrounding area offers an abundance of good restaurants, bars, casino and many other leisure facilities to suit all tastes and ages.

Amarilla Golf is a par 72 course designed by Donald Steel in 1990 and was home to the Tenerife Open in the same year organised as part of the P.G.A. European Tour. It is an extensive link-typed golf course having spectacular seaside views and the majority of its holes border, or are placed across, the sea. It is also a short distance away from Golf del Sur which also boasts two more courses.

Car Hire is available from either the airport or the resort. Auto Reisen and Cicar give very good deals and you collect your car from the airport car park.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 575.” We had a lovely week here at the end of April.The weather was very good and the apartment was extremely comfortable and very well equipped.The locality was pleasant with lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance -Aries being closest and our favourite with very obliging staff and really good value-for-money meals.Easy walk to the harbour/marina and a nice little coffee shop next to the submarine base.For car hire check out Pluscars-we got an exceptional deal compared to some we looked at.

“wintersun” myself and my husband stayed here for the xmas and new year, the apartment is clean and airy.it is well equipped with all u need,the views from both balconys are stunning.if u are looking for lovely peacefull holiday this is the place to be, but is also close enough to be in the busy areas, a car is needed if u want to travel around but if u like walking its excellent,there are buses u can get to los cristianos and las america but u have to walk quite far to get them, there is plenty of bars and resturants in the local area, we found the aries bar the best,staff were lovely,food was excellent too.would definately go back to same apartment.

“Lovely Apartment with Stunning Views” The way to sum our holiday up is that it was everything we hoped for and more! The flat is large for a one bedroom apartment, clean, light and airy with stunning views both over the golf course and out to sea.The local bars and resturants are very friendly and we both ate out and cooked in. Booking was easy and the owners were friendly and efficient, answering all our questions. We are definately planning a retun visit!
