This Pebble Beach, Penthouse Duplex has had a "top to toe" refurbished in 2014 and the Owners have lavished personal care and a lot of love on every detail found within! It has UK TV ie BBC & Itv Etc and Free WiFi Internet.

They have installed:- New Kitchen, Bathroom, Terraces, New Marble Staircase, extended the Master Bedroom and Tiled throughout. This beautiful property also enjoys stunning, uninterrupted views over the Golf Course and San Miguel Marina via 2 very modern terraces.

This Duplex Apartment, Sleeps 2 Adults in a King-size bed set on the lower level with plenty of wardrobe and storage space and great, natural light beams through the patio doors from the first tiled terrace. The Bathroom is also on this lower level, just off the hallway and opposite the utility room.

The fully equipped Kitchen is on the upper level and next to the Lounge where the modern décor, furnishings, large Sofa and TV simply enhance your relaxation. From the Lounge you enter the Upper Terrace where you can sunbath, or enjoy an Al Fresco meal whilst watching the yachts glide in and out of the Marina. Stunning!

Pebble Beach is an area loved by many as all amenities are only a short walking distance, especially the fabulous rugged coastline of San Miguel.

Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Grocery, Car Hire, Beauty Salon, Taxi and Golf Course are all within an easy walking distance. A car is not essential unless of course you would like to explore more that this lovely Island has to offer.

The Canary Islands region

No doubt this perfect climate has helped Tenerife to become one of the most popular all year round tourist destinations! With regular flights from most regional airports, just 4 hours flying time can take you to one of the most privileged holiday locations in the world.

Amarilla Golf

This pretty Canarian apartment is on the front line to the sea in a well-established friendly residential community. It is only 15 minutes from the airport and yet enjoys a wonderful atmosphere of tranquility and natural beauty. The12th hole of a championship golf course is just a few yards away, as is a local fishing spot. For walking, the craggy coast path 10 yards from the terrace can be followed for miles in both directions.

The well-equipped British supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, together with friendly bars and restaurants. Follow the coast path to the marina and you will find a fantastic choice of Mediterranean and Oriental restaurants with little tables facing out to sea. Walk a little further still and you will find the commercial centre of San Blas, with shops, banks and evening entertainment. A 20-minute drive will take you to Los Cristianos—a lively beach resort complete with international shops and boutiques, restaurants, and ferry connections to the other islands.
