This pretty Canarian apartment is on the front line to the golf course and harbour in a well-established friendly residential community. It is only 15 minutes from the airport and yet enjoys a wonderful atmosphere of tranquillity and natural beauty. The12th hole of a championship golf course is just a putt away! For walking, the craggy coast path a few yards from the terrace can be followed for miles in both directions. The apartment will have a HOT TUB Jacuzzi on the Sun Terrace from the 1st Aug 2011

The well-equipped British supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, together with friendly bars and restaurants. Follow the coast path to the marina and you will find a fantastic choice of Mediterranean and Oriental restaurants with little tables facing out to sea. Walk a little further still and you will find the commercial centre of San Blas, with shops, banks and evening entertainment. A 20-minute drive will take you to Los Cristianos—a lively beach resort complete with international shops and boutiques, restaurants, and ferry connections to the other islands.

Sunny, great views, great hot tub!

We arrived to find the apartment lovely and cool with the shutters closed and couldn't believe the view when we opened the shutters overlooking the golf course. I'm a golfing fan so to find the green just a ball's throw away - it was like being in the Royal Box! I spent hours watching golfers teeing off towards us. The harbour is great to watch too, lots of boats coming in and out, and even a submarine for tourists to go out to sea.
The apartment itself was lovely and modern and clean, very well decorated and with everything you could possibly need - even towels for the hot tub as well as towels for the bathroom.
The welcome pack was good - tea and biscuits as soon as we arrived, followed by a glass of wine chilling out on the terrace.
The hot tub is a fantastic addition - lovely at night under the stars - we even saw a shooting star while reclining in the tub.
I'm saving for next year already...

The Perfect Escape

I had just had a really tough week at work so was desperate for a rest! I arrived in a pretty foul mood but in no time at all I was chilled out in the hot tub and the world was a perfect place!
This is a fantastic apartment for sun lovers because the sun is one one or other terrace for the whole day. We started the day with breakfast overlooking the golf course and then kept a lazy eye open for golfers taking the twelfth hole.
We had barbecues most lunchtimes - the outdoor "kitchen area" is great for preparing food. After a siesta we had a good soak in the hot tub and then we were ready for a nice outing. Los Cristianos is an easy drive and we enjoyed all the shops. El Medano has a lovely sparkling sandy beach. Home in the evening and a lovely walk along the coast path to one of the restaurants and a final go in the hot tub and our days were complete.
We loved the welcome pack with tea, coffee, water, even wine, and how nice to have a loo roll and some soap!!
All in all a fantastically chilled holiday, a good tan and I didn't want to come home. A definite for next year.
