This stunning villa has been tastefully refurbished and modernised with quality furniture and furnishings throughout. Centrally located within Amarilla Golf it is near to all the local amenities, bars, restaurants and entertainment, yet it still enjoys the tranquillity and fabulous views of this lovely natural area.

The main entrance is gated and once you have entered the front door you simply want to smile! You are greeted with a spacious, colour co-ordinated, modern open-plan lounge with patio doors overlooking that fabulous pool. Second smile!
The kitchen also has been totally refurbished with every 'mod-con' and white goods, that you would expect to find on a holiday away from home.
From the lounge patio, you enter a beautiful Terrace for sunbathing and relaxing. There is also a specially designated raised terrace for 'Al Fresco' dining where you can take in the views over the Golf Course toward the Atlantic Ocean or the Mountains. Still smiling!
Naturally, the swimming pool (approx 9m x 3.5m) is the focal point in this Terraced area and since it is set within a walled enclosure, you are afforded complete privacy.
This Villa sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and separate walk-in wardrobe.
The second Bedroom, also very spacious, consists of Twin beds and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has a single bed (with an additional single pull-out bed below), again with it's own en-suite walk-in shower room.
Everyone gets their own bathroom so everyone smiles!
Free WiFi Interest is available, aswell as an office desk for those who, unfortunately, have to work whilst they are on holiday. There is a modern glass-topped dining table, seating 6 and breakfast bar stools for those who like to chat to the chef when the meals are being prepared.
Villa Malpas also has Air conditioning throughout and a Hot Tub on the Terrace.

The Canary Islands region
Amarilla Golf is part of the San Miguel Municipality and it situated on the south-eastern shores of Tenerife.
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Island Group and is dominated by it's majestic Mount Teide, the highest peak of all Spain, standing some 3,718 metres high. A truly Awesome and Spectacular sight!
The combination of the Island's Volcanic landscape, rugged coastline and lush vegetation makes Tenerife a special attraction. However, much of this particular Islands success is attributed to the wonderful climate which averages a annual 22 degree Celsius. A sun-seekers paradise and a haven for hikers, cyclists, explorers and sport enthusiasts.
Since the flight time is only approximately 4 hours from the UK who can resist!
La Quinta, Amarilla Golf.
Amarilla Golf is part of a well-established, friendly residential community that overlooks the Golf Course and extends around this picturesque coastline. Nestled within the slopes of the South-eastern coast of Tenerife, it is only a 15 minute drive from the airport, yet enjoys a wonderful atmosphere of tranquillity and natural beauty.
Many properties here are now being refurbished, especially since the new road systems, recently upgraded, have dramatically improved access to this region for locals and holiday makers alike. All these improvements, including the San Miguel Marina, make this particular area a much more desirable place to live and holiday.
Amarilla has its' own 18 hole Championship Golf Course and is enjoyed by many. There is also the beautiful San Miguel Marina, here you can have a coffee and takes in the sights of the stunning yachts or participate is one of the numerous water attractions including the Submarine Adventure. This natural coastline attracts many dedicated walkers and hikers. The coastal path takes you to Golf del Sur, San Blas Shopping Centre, Los Abrigos Fishing Harbour and further on to El Medano, where you can enjoy some of the best Blue Flagged beaches in this area.
There are numerous Restaurants and Bars to choose from, some with excellent Evening Entertainments. Local markets, shops, groceries, bowling, cycling, in fact everything you would expect whilst enjoying your relaxing holiday, especially the Sunshine!
