About the home

Royal Marina Golf is a small exclusive development completed in 2009. This first floor 2 bedroom deluxe apartment, which overlooks the pool, is furnished to a high standard. The spacious lounge/dining area contains 2 comfortable leather sofas, one of which is a sofa bed suitable for two people. The dining area has seating for six people.

The master bedroom which has a stunning view of Red Rock, has fully fitted wardrobes, a king size bed as well as en suite facilities with bath and shower. The second bedroom has views of the mountains and sea from the balcony. It has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.

Guests can relax and enjoy the comfortable surroundings at the poolside.

Within short walking distance you will find a well stocked convenience store, many bars and a wide range of restaurants which cater for all tastes.

Flooring throughout the apartment is marble tiles. A flat screen television, dvd player and music system with cd, radio, i-pod docking station and usb port provide guests with a variety of options for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans to allow 6 guests to prepare full meals.

Further details outdoors:
A large table with 6 chairs, two of which are recliners is provided for outdoor dining. Two sunloungers are also available for guests. The very large terrace is suited to sunworshippers as well as those who prefer a bit of shade. There is ample space for cooking on the barbecue whilst entertaining guests.

The Tenerife region

Situated ten minutes from Tenerife South airport this popular location enjoys a wonderful all year round climate. A short drive away from Amarilla Golf is the picturesque fishing village of Los Abrigos, renowned for its fresh seafood restaurants. Guests can also stroll along the coastal walk to Los Abrigos.

Further afield guests can explore the volcanic terrain of Mount Teide, coastal beaches or larger towns such as Playa Las Americas, a 15 minute drive away.

Royal Marina Golf is perfectly situated in the south east coast of the island within easy reach of the main attractions and places of interest. The complex is gated, giving guests added security.

The resort surrounds a large swimming pool and garden area. Nearby amenities include a convenience store, bars and restaurants. Alternatively larger supermarkets are a five minute drive away.

Bowling and pitch and putt are available in the vicinity.

“Excellent choice for a holiday apartment” This apartment is bigger than what pictures tell. Very nice and safe location, good possibilities for various activities as well as for good dining. Also good choice of quality supermarkets in the area. Safe choice for a holiday, excellent and friendly help available from local representative as well as from the owners.

“This a lovely and well equipped apartment with a superb balcony- would highly recommend” Many thanks for the use of your lovely apartment. Having rented numerous properties abroad we were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the very high standard of furnishings. All other equipment/utensils that you could possibly need were also provided. We thoroughly enjoyed using the spacious balcony for sunbathing and dining and we made good use of the BBQ. The local supermarket was well stocked and was good for BBQ food and had great croissants and pastries! There were plenty of good coffee stops including nautico and the local marina. We enjoyed lots meals out during our stay, especially the fish in Los abrigos. We had friends with us who have a young daughter so we hired a car and enjoyed trips to the beach. We would recommend the surf village at el medano, San juan and del duque. All in all we had a fantastic week and we will definitely book this apartment again in the future.

“Excellent” This apartment is excellent. It is well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. Private swimming pool shared with a small number of apartments. There were restaurants close by within walking distance and we also traveled to other areas with a hire car. The apartment is very spacious with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with additional double bed settee. The furniture was also high quality and lovely views from the sun balcony. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

“Excellent value and great location” The perfect spot for a relaxing holiday with all youy need close at hand. The appartment is well equipped easily sleeping 6 adults. Amenities including a small supermarket is close by and the pool is beautifully clean. Well located for golf, restaurants and coastal walks. A walk to Los Abrigos is a must where you have a choice of great fish restaurants. For a really lazy week, the appartments' patio is spatious and gathers the sun for most of the day, as the sun dissapears it's just about time to light the BBQ and take the wine from the fridge !!

“Great location, great apartment. Can't wait to return.” We had a great time staying in this spacious, comfortable apartment. The pool was perfect for cooling off in whilst the huge sun terrace was great for sun bathing and enjoying bbq's (not to mention the best place to watch the sun rise whist feeding my baby nephew his breakfast!). The apartment is situated in a great position to explore the island. There really is so much to do close by to suit everybody. We went to the top of Mount Teide one day and chilled out on the sandy beaches of Playa Del Duque the next. We loved the fresh fish restaurants of Los Abrigos which is a 5 minuite drive away. Other must 'Do's' are the waterpark and the kite surfing beach, El Medano. Next time we hope to fit in some golf as it is right on your door step. Great holiday, great location, great apartment. “Another fab holiday at Royal Marina Golf” This was our 2nd year running of staying at Royal Marina Golf and another enjoyable time was had. The apartments is stunning and so spacious having 2 bathrooms is fab, the balcony is great for sunbathing or eating and gets the sun the whole day, we took up the use of the gas BBQ (the supermarket opposite the golf house has an amazing butcher corner their steaks are massive & so reasonably priced & they'll make you up a fresh salad box too) It isnt like a normal holiday apartment - its luxury everything has been thought of..tv; dvd player; stereo; ipod speakers! Their are ample restaurants within walking distance and our favourites were Harbour Lights (you need to sample the steaks and if room their home made cheesecake) in the Winter Gardens is the Rendezvous restaurant which is a must too! Their are frequent buses to other resorts and have to recommend Los Christanos beach its very clean. That's up been 2 years running and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

“Everything it claims to be and more!” This apartment is wonderful, and is truly everything it claims to be! Everything has been thought of, from spare BBQ gas to cooler boxes and ice blocks in the freezer. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could think of (and now with a Sangria jug too!!) My partner and I had the best holiday here, he took on the role of master chef with the wonderful bbq (a nice rest for me, take note ladies!) There is a great little shop approx 2 mins walk with all your essentials, a bigger supermarket 20 mins walk away, and a massive super market about 50mins walk (5 mins taxi!) for all the fresh fish and prawns that you desire. Really a truly wonderful place to stay, the view was a delight every evening whilst having dinner and marshmallows on the bbq. This was a little piece of heaven for me and my boyfriend, away from the rest of the world, and just the perfect place to get away to. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Louise and Alex were also wonderful people to liase with, thank you for everything.
