The apartment is set within a recently refurbished villa that has been converted into apartments. The property is originally believed to be a paper-mill and is located on the hillside of Atrani, looking over the fishing village of Atrani and its beach. The accommodation has a homely and communal setting. The property has a balcony with expansive sea views ideal for watching the sun set whilst sipping on a chilled glass of wine. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room for everyone. There is a double bedroom and the lounge offers 2 single beds making it ideal for both couples or a family.
Spread amongst lemon groves and vines the apartment offers a truly tranquil and relaxing haven. There is a huge swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, built on its own terrace. The property also offers access to a small bowling green and a laundry room. Good car parking facilities are available in the grounds and since this villa is high above sea level, a car is recommended. From its front gate there is a narrow and windy road which leads to the designated car parking area, so for those not used to narrow roads a small car would be preferable!

Atrani is a charming ancient little fishermen's village, approximately 900 metres (half a mile) from the town of Amalfi. It contains ancient buildings within the historical centre of the village and has a characteristic little square at the heart of it, with shops, bars and restaurants. From the square, going under an arch, you will be able to reach the beach. You can walk to Amalfi, either along the main road or to avoid the cars along a romantic pedestrian alley. Ravello can also be reached on foot sometimes quicker than by car by climbing an ancient stairway where you can enjoy breathtaking views.
