There is an additional guest bathroom which has a laundry corner.
The lower level, only accessible via the garden, is home to the private annex. It opens onto the splendid terrace and has a double bedroom and bathroom and its own small but fully-equipped kitchen.
The gardens are truly spectacular. A balcony leads down to a large lawn and a terrace shaded by a pergola with a dining table and chairs. The views here are breathtaking, endless sea and sky with the dramatic backdrop of the Li Galli islands and the Faraglioni of Capri. You´ll no doubt be very happy idling away the days in privacy here

The Campania region
Campania is a region in southern Italy. Campania is famous for producing cast stone and terra cotta garden decor. More well know is it's Capital City, Naples. Campania is full of culture, with great restaurants, well know musician’s and ancient sites such as Pompeii.
The climate is Mediterranean along the coastlines whereas inland its more continental.
Campania is also well known for its cheese and wine which it produces. One of the very well know favourites around the world- Pizza was conceived in Naples.
The Amalfi Coast / Praiano area
Villa Levante is located just a few minutes from the charming town of Praiano where you´ll find all amenities including shops and restaurants and a particularly tranquil atmosphere. The house itself is reached by a short pathway and a flight of 69 stairs.
