Casa Anna A, B and C and Casa Marina are four small apartments which are part of a typical building of the Amalfi Coast, with stunning sea views and access to a lemon garden. The building is in Praiano, a famous tourist spot of the Amalfi Coast, a few meters from the main road and a short distance from the Tower of Praiano and the famous pedestrian descent to the beach.
The structure has two floors and the apartments are located on the first floor. It is white and bright and is included in a picturesque environment of small houses built along the road and the rocky coast. In front of the house, across the street, there is only the coast which rapidly slopes down to the sea and is covered up to the sea by a magnificent scented lemon grove.
The building is attached to the rocky coast and, from the highest level, above the three apartments you can access a wonderful lemon garden, which is embedded into the rock, too.
The lemon garden is a very special place. Here you will experience one of the magic of the Amalfi Coast, a corner of paradise: a scented lemon grove within feet, eyes, hands; a grape arbor that shades a small family garden, a rustic terrace decorated with flowers, and always in front of you the spectacular landscape of the steep coast that plunges into the sea.
This lemon garden is personally cared by the owner, a nice lady who will be happy to accommodate you whenever you like in her little kingdom and also provide you with garden furniture, to stand under the grape arbor, an outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower.
The nearest beach is the charming Marina di Praia, located at the point where a small valley carved by erosion meets, among the high rocks, a sea of emerald color.
The beach is served, from spring to autumn, by buses that depart from Praiano every 20 minutes, stopping a few meters from the apartments.
To go to the sea do not miss the following wonderful walk: reach the beach walking along a 'scalinatella' (stairway), which leads to the Torre Saracena (Saracen Tower), and thence along a charming pedestrian descent, carved into the rock above the sea, which leads to the beach.
Spending your vacation here will allow you to enjoy an environment of unique natural beauty, but it will be also a great starting point to visit Pompeii, Paestum, Naples and the Royal Palace of Caserta.
You will be able to frequent the famous beaches of the Amalfi Coast, to go shopping for fashion and high quality craft products, to follow the many high level folkloric, artistic, cultural and musical events taking place throughout the whole year.

The Campania region
If you think you have no idea of where Campania is, think again. This fascinating land, rich in gulfs, islands and legendary places, is home to the charming landscapes of the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, the Cilento National Park, Capri and Ischia.
The Campania region is situated in the South of Italy and bounded by the Tyrrhenian Sea (that’s the name of that stretch of Mediterranean). The region is divided into five provinces, whose capitals are Salerno, Caserta, Avellino, Benevento and Naples (Napoli). Naples is also the capital city of the region itself. With roughly 6 million of residents, half of which lives around the city of Naples, Campania has more people than Finland, packed in an area which is 200 times smaller.
If you are fond of archeology, architecture, or simply want to see history come back to life, Campania is a must. The archeological heritage is huge: the temples left by the Greeks in Paestum, the buried towns of Pompeii and Herculaneum, the remains of Velia, the masterpieces kept in the museums, the churches… and, of course!, the Royal Palace of Caserta, built to be the most sumptuous palace of Europe, with its 1200 rooms.
If the majesty you prefer is the majesty of nature, Campania will not disappoint you. The sandy beaches and the crystal-clear waters of the Cilento National Park, the amazing scenery of the Amalfi Coast, the islands of the Gulf of Naples are just a sampler of what lies ahead of you. From the underground depths of the caves of Pertosa to the heights of Mount Vesuvius, there is something for everyone. By the way, being Mount Vesuvius an active volcano, we respectfully suggest you visit sooner rather than later.
An outline of Campania would not be complete without a mention of its culinary tradition. Many of the world-known Italian dishes have their roots in Campania: pizza, spaghetti, mozzarella, limoncello, cannelloni… Italians know Campania well for being one of the regions that offer the best food, and definitely the region where you can taste the best coffee. Espresso, cappuccino and now interesting variations on the theme such as hazelnut coffee make the day of the residents of Campania, and will make yours as well.
So don’t miss your chance to enjoy the holiday of a lifetime in this beautiful land, where art, history, nature and tradition come together to offer unforgettable thrills.
The Amalfi Coast / Praiano area
The Amalfi Coast lies just north of Salerno. It is one of the most delightful destinations in Campania.
This spectacular coastline which embraces the charming resort towns of Positano, Praiano, Amalfi and Ravello invites us to imagine ourselves back in the sunny carefree days of the sixties - for here the beauty and romance of those times have not changed.
The people here have a strong affinity with their beloved coast and they have perfected the art of living: they are part of the elements surrounding them. Life here still revolves around the sun and sea, the enjoyment of simple pleasures. Driving along the coast, past the green terraces of grapevines, the groves of lemon and olive trees which sweep down the slopes to the clear blue water below, you are presented with a panorama of breathtaking beauty.
The soft greens of hills and valleys, the azure sea and sky, and the warm, faded yellow-pink buildings all meld together in this palette of seductive color. In small villages the air is heavy with the scent of roses and carnations. As you walk along the narrow, paved streets, the pink flowers of the oleanders hang over crumbling stone walls - and the effect is one of mellow beauty. Completely and utterly charming in its simplicity.
