Set in the green of the famous Amalfi hanging gardens, the villa overlooks one of the most panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast.

Blessed by the sun from sunrise to sunset it commands a view of the island of Capri and the Faraglione rocks and an unforgettable vista of nearby Positano and the magnificent coastline that surrounds the property.

There are 3 furnished terraces, a fitness centre, a lovely garden and many secluded angles making it ideal for anyone who wants to spend a holiday relaxing in the company of friends and family.

It is the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the barbecue and it will offer unforgettable moments for enjoying a glass or two of the wonderful local wine while overlooking the spectacular views from every corner of the house.
Far from the noise of the crowds and traffic, Villa Eremo del Grado rises about 300 metres from the state road and is connected by bus to the centre of the nearby town of Praiano ( about 900 metres from the property); Positano is a mere 4km away.

Close by is a SITA bus stop that connects to Sorrento, Amalfi and Salerno.

Groceries can be delivered to the door although it is a pleasant walk to the centre of town where every type of store, restaurant, bar and essential services can be found.

It is a short bus ride to the beach and the property affords easy access to the many trekking paths that can be found close by the villa.
The interiors of the house are modern and comfortable.

The house sleeps 7, there are 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Internet connection and satellite television reception complete the comforts offering peace, harmony, beauty and serenity to the fortunate inhabitants of the villa.
