This luxury ground floor 2 bedroom apt is located within a private gated complex, in an enviable location, 300 metres from Alvor beach, and a leisurely 5 min stroll to Alvor centre. There are 2 swimming pools, 1 for adults and 1 for children. Golfers are also well catered for as there are 12 Golf courses within 30 mins drive, the closest being Alto Golf, and the championship course at Penina.

This property is registered and meets all the requirements of the Local Authority "Auto de Visitoria" and holds Licence No : 23258 /2010

This apt is located on the ground floor, thus making it very safe for guests with children.
Accommodation comprises of master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, the second bedroom also has a double bed, or can be split into 2 single beds depending on guests requirements, and a travel cot is also available. The spacious living room has dining and sitting areas to comfortably accommodate 4 persons. There is a full bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen.

Cable TV, DVD player, music system. Air conditioning and heating available in the living room and bedrooms. Cleaning / Laundry provided weekly.

The terrace is of a generous size, and has patio furniture, which looks out onto the well maintained garden area.
There are 2 swimming pools, 1 for adults, and 1 for children. There are sun lounger’s available pool side, showers and toilet facilities are on site, adjacent to the swimming pool area.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, with the balance of 70% to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Payment is by direct transfer to to owner’s bank account.

Check in is after 12:00 hrs on arrival, and check out is before 10:30am.Other arrangements are possible if there are no other guests arriving / departing on the same day.

A deposit of €250 is required to cover against breakages / damage and is refundable after the apt has been inspected prior to guest’s departure.Should the damage /breakage deposit not cover the replacement item,for ex.a tv,then the shortfall will be paid in full prior to departure.

Please note that we DO NOT accept wedding parties.If it comes to our attention that you are part of a wedding party, hen / stag group,you will forfeit any monies that have been paid,and your booking will automatically be cancelled.

Conditions

Children are welcome (no markers, crayons, paints, pens etc are permitted) low allergen environment, suitable for elderly or infirm.

This apt is strictly NO SMOKING, Please use the terrace outside.

Pets are also not permitted.

The Alvor / Vila da Praia area

Alvor is a small fishing village located 5 kms west of Portimao & only 45 mins drive from Faro airport. It boasts a beautiful 4 1/2 mile stretch of sandy beach which has been awarded an EU Blue flag for safety, cleanliness and the quality of its facilities.

The village of Alvor with its traditional cottages, cobbled streets & picturesque harbour area gives Alvor its unique charm and quaintness, all the while boasting a large selection of bars, some with live music entertainment, street entertainment, open air sea-food restaurants, and excellent steak houses.

There are facilities for tennis, windsurfing, and Golfers are well catered for with the local Alto Golf and luxury Penina Championship Golf course within 3 kms. The children will also be kept entertained at the numerous theme and water parks such as Slide & Splash, Zoo Marine, and Krazyworld etc.

The new racetrack "Autodroma International do Algarve" which will host many of the International motor sporting events, such as Touring Car Championship, Superbike Championship, & GP International rounds, to name but a few is also only 15 / 20 mins from Alvor.
