Our 3 bedded room offers a great private 'get away', a home from home. Families with young children, Walkers, Golfers and Painters will love the Cottage where they have their own private heatted pool, nearby restaurants, the the beach, hills and golf courses.
Can be booked with property no 77538 for large family group sleeping 16 in 8 bedrooms. 10% discount for booking in both properties

Office: Off the living room is an office area with Internet broadband access for those who feel they have to check into work while on holiday!
All bed linen, towels, pool side towels are supplied. We do not supply beach towels.

Great place for children due to it being so close to the beach, but also because it is so safe with full safety rails around the pool.
The extensive fenced grounds are great for children to run off excess energy, or just somewhere to walk and drink in the fantastic views.
The Western Algarve provides an abundance of safe sandy beaches with fantastic restaurants and beach bars. The closest beach is around 10 mins away.
The Cottage is only a stone's throw from the famous Penina with its 3 courses. Others within an easy 10 minutes drive are the Palmares, Gramacho, Alto club and Pinta courses. There are several others available from the Vale de Lobo near Faro to the Parque de Floresta near Sagres.
The property enjoys superb country and Serra de Monchique mountain views and would be perfect for landscape painters.

Faro airport is approximately 45 minutes via the new motorway.
The well served town of Portimao is only 10 minutes drive away. The ancient town of Lagos is 20 minutes drive away.
Nearest major supermarket is 10 minutes drive with 7 day shopping. Exact Location on Google Earth - 37º 11'49.47"N / 8º 35'40.43"W.

The western Algarve provides an abundance of safe sandy beaches with wonderful restaurants. The closest beach is 10/15 min drive at Alvor. Penina championship course with its 3 courses is 5 mins. Others within 10 min drive are Palmares, Alto and Pinta . The fabulous Monchique is in full view and a short distance away

Something for everybody with the bustling harbour town of Portimao, the large expansive beach of Alvor and the old style Portuguese villages of yesteryear, all within striking distance. Water parks, Golf and marine activities are all available locally. Restaurants range from the touristy bars and cafes to the local style, set back from the hustle and bustle of the beachside area

“The Perfect Family Holiday” This was for us the perfect Family holiday. We have 2 young boys aged 3 and 8 who were never bored, not even for a second!!! The Villa is fantastic , very user friendly and kiddie safe. The views are stunning!! The service we recieved was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for Nigel, He was imformative, helpful, friendly and funny. We found the Autodromo which is about 15mins away. Great Karting for the whole family. The local supermarket is close and sells everything you need. the rolls at the cafe at the end of the track were perfect and fresh every day. We were only a short driving distance from the beach and some wonderful restaurants all of which welcome children !! All in all A Perfect Holiday. We will be back!!!!!
