This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt is in an excellent location,5 mins walk to the stunning Alvor beach,and 5 mins walk to the centre of Alvor,car hire is not necessary. The apt is within easy access to the top golf courses 3kms, the closest being the local Alto Golf & Penina Championship golf course.

Accommodation comprises of master bedroom with double bed & en suite bathroom,the second bedroom also has a double bed, living room with dining & seating areas for 6, and a sofa that converts into a bed, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen.Large terrace with furniture and surrounding garden area. Cable tv, dvd player and secure car parking space provided.Cleaning / Laundry provided weekly.

This apartment is set within a private gated complex, thus making it extremely safe & secure. The apartment has a good sized terrace, that has patio furniture,and overlooks the garden area which is very tranquil, and safe for the children to play in.

There are 2 swimming pools, one for adults & one for children,outdoor showers, bathroom facilities adjacent to the swimming pool area, sun loungers are available poolside.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The balance of 70% is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.Check in is after 12:30 on day of arrival,and checkout is before 10:30am on day of departure.If no other guests are arriving / departing on the same day other arrangements are possible.

It is the responsibility of the guests to organise their own personal insurance.

For any cancellation till 4 weeks before the date of entrance, there will be no refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

The new race track "Autodroma International do Algarve" which will host many of the International Motorsporting events, such as Touring Car Championship, Superbike Championship, & GP International Rounds, to name but a few, is also only 15 /20 mins drive from Alvor.

The Alvor / Vila da Praia area

Alvor is a small fishing village located 5 kms west of Portimao & only 40 mins drive from Faro airport. It boasts a beautiful 4 1/2 mile stretch of sandy beach which has been awarded an EU Blue flag for safety, cleanliness and the quality of it's facilities.

The village of Alvor with it's traditional cottages, cobbled streets, & picturesque harbour area gives Alvor it's unique charm and quaintness, all the while boasting a large selection of bars, some with live music entertainment, street entertainment, open air sea-food restaurants and excellent steak houses.

There are facilities for tennis, windsurfing, and golfers are well catered foor with the local Alto Golf Club, and luxury Penina Championship Golf Course. The children will also be kept entertained with the numerous theme and water parks such as Slide & Splash, Zoo Marine etc.

All the low cost airlines fly to Faro. Alvor is approx 50 mins drive from Faro Airport. You can either hire a car, or arrive by taxi transfer, which we can arrange for you on request.
