This new luxury spacious 3 bedroom apt is located on the 2nd floor, and can be accessed either by stairs,or there is an escalator.Accommadation comprises of 3 bedrooms,all with air-conditioning / heating, there is 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms.
There is a separate family bathroom. The kitchen is very spacious,and is well equipped : dishwasher / washing machine / microwave / oven / hob / fridge freezer. The large living / dining area has seating for 6 people,and also has air-conditioning / heating,this leads out to the terrace,which has patio furniture.
There is a childs play area in the complex, the shared swimming pool is exclusively for the use of this block only, there are garden & barbecue areas.There are cafe bars, restaurants, local mini market, and hairdressers on site. There are tennis courts planned for summer 2008.
The fishing village of Alvor is approx a 20 min walk away,and has an abundance of shops ,bars,and restaurants to cater for all tastebuds.

The village of Alvor with it's traditional cottages, cobbled streets, and picturesque harbour area gives Alvor its unique charm and quaintness, all the while boasting a large selection of bars, some with live music entertainment, street entertainment,an abundance of restaurants from open air sea-food restaurants,Italian, Chinese,Portuguese restaurants, and excellent steak houses to cater for the heartier appetite.
There are facilities for tennis at the local sports complex located at the end of the promenade, you can try your hand at windsurfing, and golfers are well catered for with the local Alto Golf Club and luxury Penina Championship Golf course,and courses at Palmares, Gramacho, and Vilamoura all within a 30 min drive.
The children will also be kept entertained at the numerous theme parks, and water parks such as Slide & Splash, Zoo Marine, Krazy World, Almancil karting track etc.
How to get there
All the low-cost budget airlines from both Ireland / G.Britain fly into Faro Airport. Travel time is approx 2 1/2 Hrs.

Check in time is after 12:00 noon, and checkout time is 10:30 am. Other arrangenents are possible if there are no other guests arriving, departing on the same day.
It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to organise their own personal insurance.
