Brand new, large,3 bedroom luxury ground floor apartment in a peaceful location but within walking distance of the beautiful fishing village of Alvor with its many amenities.Algarve motor park (F1 track), Alto golf, shops, bars and restaurants are all close by. Surrounded by landscaped gardens leading onto a large shared swimming pool with children's section and a play area close by. A double BBQ with hand wash baisin, power points and outside lighting is situated next to the pool. Sun loungers are provided. There is a spacious lounge, dining room, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 with en-suite hydromassage shower and bathroom with hydromassage bath. All the bedrooms and the lounge have a sun terrace with table and chair, the master bedroom has direct access from the sun terrace to the garden and pool area. There are two secure parking spaces in the underground car park with lift to all floors and video entry system into the apartment block. The apartment is connected to its own large sky dish that can receive many English channels.The apartment has high quality air-conditioning/heating/dehumidifying and is equipped to the highest standard for those looking for a relaxing holiday in superb accommodation and at a reasonable price any time of the year.

Dining Room:
Beautifully appointed dining room with full size extendable table with six leather chairs. Ideal for those special dining occasions. Double sliding cupboard.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Fresh Linen and towels are provided and will be changed mid stay for lets of 2 weeks or more.
Please provide your own towels for the pool and beach.
Please provide your own linen for the travel cot.
The apartment is fitted with top of the range air conditioning units that provide cool air in the summer and heating for the winter, making it an ideal place to stay anytime of year.
Further details outdoors:
Lovely outside area with large lawned spaces, plants and trees. The pool which captures the sun all day, is very spacious with tiled steps down into the water and is exclusively for the use of the 19 apartments on the complex. The area around the pool is fully tiled with a shower. There is direct access to the lawn/pool through a gate on the terrace of the master bedroom. The pool has an enclosed childs area.
There are two BBQ's available with wash hand basin and power points. Sun loungers are available around the pool and there are steps leading down to the underground car park. Outside lighting is placed around the pool and BBQ area. The whole outdoor pool, BBQ and lawned areas are protected by a security fence, making it safe for children to run around in.

Entry to the apartment on the day of your arrival is from 3.00pm, however we will try to be as flexible as possible to help guests and their flight times
You must vacate the apartment on day of departure by 10.00am.
We have a cot and high chair available at your request at no extra cost. ( Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot).
If you have a large party or want to come away with friends we have neighbours who rent out their apartment too on the same floor, so please ask for details.
Changeover day is flexible.
Conditions
The apartment is totally non smoking and no pets allowed. Families with well behaved children are very welcome.
An initial deposit of £100 payable by bank transfer or UK cheque will secure your reservation. The balance is required 6 weeks before your holiday starts, along with a £200 refundable security deposit (refundable to yourselves after inspection of apartment, inventory checks and keys left). When the balance has been paid, maps, directions and details along with emergency contact telephone numbers will be sent.
We have English representatives who will meet you at the apartment and will be contactable throughout your stay should you have any problems.
The Algarve / West Algarve region


The Algarve is one of the top holiday destinations, with good temperatures all year round and with some of the best beaches of white sand stretching for miles along the beautiful coastline.
The marinas offer great activities like boat trips along the coast, dolphin watching and fishing.
For golfers there is no better place to be with top golf courses all around.
If you are a motor sport or super bikes fan, the new F1 motor park (autodromo) has now been built and if you fancy a day at the races it will only take you 15 mins to get there from the apartment.
Should you fancy going inland, try the Monchique Mountains with its fantastic views over the Algarve.
There is so much to do in the Algarve you will never be bored!
The Alvor / Ma Partilha area
Alvor is just a 2 min drive away or 20 min walk. Alvor itself has a big selection of shops, bars and restaurants ( the fish restaurants down by the harbour are fantastic) and is great fun for an evening out. There is a hospital and petrol station nearby and banks in Alvor and Portimao. Near the harbour in Alvor there is a new sports centre which has an astroturf football pitch, tennis courts and a 25 metre indoor swimming pool. Alto Golf is a mere 2 min drive or 5- 10 min walk away. There are two water parks nearby and Zoo Marine which is great fun for all the family is also not far away. If you like Karting there is a great track at Almancil which is a 40min drive. Flying lessons and parachuting courses are available at Alvors airstrip and there is a 10 pin bowling alley in Torralta. Also if you are into Kite Surfing the nearest spot is on Alvor Beach.
Ma Partilha has an Ali super just up the road from the apartment as well as another small mini market that sells all the essentials, a paper shop,snack bars, a hairdressers, dentist and a bakery shop that sells fantastic fresh bread, cakes and rolls. All these are just a few metres away from the apartment. For those without a car there is a great local bus service that takes you from Ma Partilha down into Alvor and runs every 20 mins.
Beaches:
Some of the best beaches on the Algarve are around the Alvor area. Praia do Vau is only a 2 min drive away or a 20 min walk and has car parking, restaurant and toilet facilities. Alvor beach is also close by and is a lovely long, dune backed sandy beach. Wind surfing and kite surfing championships are held here regularly and its great for other water sports too. Then there is Praia da Rocha which is a huge beach with acres of wide open sand right infront of Praia da Rochas seafront road. Others include Prainha, Joao de Arens and Tres Irmaos.
Golf:
The Algarve is one of the top destinations for golfers all over the world and our apartment is in the middle of some of the best. The Alto Golf course and country club is just 5-10 mins walk and was opened in 1991 and was designed by Sir Henry Cotton. It has a driving range, buggies, clubs and trollies and power trolley hire and they offer excellent tuition. The Penina Golf Course is also close by, a 5-10 min drive, and was also designed by Sir Henry Cotton. It is famous for its 13th hole and has a bar, pro shop and showers in the hotel. Other courses nearby are Boavista Golf, Pinta, Palmares, Pestana and Gramacho.
Motor Racing:
The new algarve autodromo or Portuguese F1 track has been built at Pereira and is only 15 mins drive from the apartment. The first race there was the World Super Bikes Championship which took place between the 31st Oct - 02nd Nov 2008. Ma Partilha is about 45 mins (50km) from Faro airport. Lisbon is approx 3hrs drive away. There are many low cost airlines available from most UK airports such as Easyjet, Ryanair and BMI baby. Car hire is recommended but not essential as there are great taxi and bus services, both from the airport and around Ma Partilha. We can recommend Holidayautos as a good hire company . These can be booked in advance or if not there are plenty of car hire companies available at Faro airport. We can organise a private taxi transfer for you at your request.
