This quality 1st floor apt is set within a private complex of only 48 apts, in an excellent location - 500 metres from Alvor Beach, is approx a 3 min walk to Alvor centre,and easy access to to the top golf courses at 3kms. The apt overlooks the swimming pool area, and has fantastic sea and harbour views.

Accommodation consists of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and has en suite bathroom,living room with dining and sitting areas,and a sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed.Full bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen.There is a good sized terrace with furniture,TV, DVD player, safe ,secure car parking space provided.Air conditioning / heating available in the bedroom and living room.

Cleaning / laundry provided weekly.

It is the guests own responsibility to organise their own personal / travel insurance.

We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.

Alvor is a small fishing village located 5 kms west of Portimao and only 40 mins from Faro Airport. Alvor boasts a beautiful 41/2 mile stretch of sandy beach, which has been awarded the EU Blue flag for safety, cleanliness and the quality of it's facilities.

The village of Alvor with it's traditional cottages, cobbled streets,and picturesque harbour area gives Alvor it's unique charm and quaintness,all the while it boasts a large selection of bars,some with live music entertainment,street entertainment,an abundance of restaurants,to cater for all tastes, from open air sea-food restaurants,and excellent steak houses,to Italian, Chinese,typical Portuguese restaurants,you are spoiled for choice.

The new racetrack " Autodroma International do Algarve " which will host many of the International motorsporting events,such as Touring Cars Championship, Superbike Championship, & GP International rounds to name but a few is also only 15 / 20 mins from Alvor.

“A most comfortable and central base to enjoy all that Alvor has to offer” Gary, the manager was most helpful right through booking this fine apartment, giving us directions and settling us in on arrival from Faro. The apartment was spotless and is very well appointed , it has a magnificent view over the shared pool area right out towards the sea, with Lagos visible in the distance. We travelled from Faro by taxi and though in our late 60s we were able to reach all Alvor's amenities on foot without difficulty so a car is not needed. We took a bus trip into Portimao the nearest large town which was extremely easy as the little bus passes the front gate of the complex. The apartment is on the first floor but there was a very efficient lift for those who find stairs a problem. We enjoyed a most relaxing holiday in Alvor and would recommend its wonderful beach, scenic riverside and delightful restaurant area.
