A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance of 70% is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Check in is after 12:00 hrs on day of arrival, and check out is before 10:30am on departure day. However other arrangements are possible if no other guests are coming in / going out on the same day.
It is the guests own responsibility to organise their own personal / travel insurance.
We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.

The Alvor / Clube Alvor Ria area
Alvor is a small fishing village located 5 kms west of Portimao and only 40 mins from Faro Airport. Alvor boasts a beautiful 41/2 mile stretch of sandy beach, which has been awarded the EU Blue flag for safety, cleanliness and the quality of it's facilities.
The village of Alvor with it's traditional cottages, cobbled streets,and picturesque harbour area gives Alvor it's unique charm and quaintness,all the while it boasts a large selection of bars,some with live music entertainment,street entertainment,an abundance of restaurants,to cater for all tastes, from open air sea-food restaurants,and excellent steak houses,to Italian, Chinese,typical Portuguese restaurants,you are spoiled for choice.
The new racetrack " Autodroma International do Algarve " which will host many of the International motorsporting events,such as Touring Cars Championship, Superbike Championship, & GP International rounds to name but a few is also only 15 / 20 mins from Alvor.
