About the home

It is 10 walking minutes from the fine sandy beaches of the area and only 5 walking minutes from shopping facilities and the many famous restaurants and bars.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 8 and consists of 4 bedrooms (two double, two twin), fully equipped kitchen/living room, two bathrooms and large balcony.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Fresh Linen and towels are provided and will be changed mid stay for lets of 2 weeks or more.
Please provide your own towels for the pool and beach.
Please provide your own linen for the travel cot.

A short 10 minute drive gets you to Portimao and its beach front area Praia de Roche, which both have lively night life and shops and supermarkets, as well as a new marina and beach front area with all manner of water sports activities available.

Airport Transfer Service:
We can arrange to meet you on you arrival at Faro airport and drive you to the apartment.
When it is time to leave at the end of your Holiday we can arrange to collect you from the apartment and drive you to the airport in time for your flight home. Car hire can also be arranged.

Conditions

* A non-refundable deposit of 30 percent is required at time of Booking to Confirm Reservation with the balance of 70 percent to be paid 6 weeks before arrival unless by prior agreement.
* Strictly no smoking except on balcony.
* Apartment located on second floor. No lift so not suitable for wheel chair access.

We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.

Alvor is a small fishing village 5 kms west of Portimo and only 40 minutes from Faro airport.
The apartment is 10 walking minutes from the fine sandy beaches of the area and only 5 walking minutes from shopping facilities and the many famous restaurants and bars.

A short 10 minute drive gets you to Portimao and its beach front area Praia de Roche, which both have lively night life and shops and supermarkets, as well as a new marina and beach front area with all manner of water sports activities available.

This picturesque village has a rich history dating back to pre-Roman times.

Alvor remains a fishing community with a fish market and thriving streets based around a 16th century Church at its centre.

The many traditional restaurants and modern bars in this natural setting provides you with all your needs without spoiling the raw beauty of the village.

The Alvor area

There are several golf clubs in the surrounding area. Within 500 meters there is a recently opened sports complex with indoor swimming pool and tennis courts.

Today Alvor is renowned for its superb beaches an opportunity for you to stroll along one of the best sandy beaches in the Algarve or lie back in the enchanting surroundings of a secluded cove with the picturesque cliffs climbing high above you.
