Clube Alvor Ria is a secure, private luxury apartment complex set in beautiful surroundings, with fantastic views overlooking the small harbour and stunning beach of Alvor. It will appeal to those seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday, but having the advantage of easy access to all the local amenities, numerous quality restaurants, shops, bars and fabulous local food market!

By day, sit on the apartment's private terrace, and enjoy a full view of the pool and harbour whilst relaxing with a cool drink and a good book . Later, watch the sun set over the bay towards Lagos, whilst dining al fresco and sampling one of the many wines that Portugal has to offer!

The Algarve / West Algarve region

With over 300 days of sunshine a year, the Western Algarve offers a pleasant climate all year round.
There are a number of historic places worth a visit including Lagos, Silves, Loule and the mountains of Monchique.

The area is a golfers' paradise with the Championship course of Penina, Alto, Palmares and Gramacho all close by.


Alvor area

The small coastal fishing village of Alvor oozes charm, with its traditional cottages, cobbled streets and very picturesque harbour area. It boasts an excellent selection of restaurants with a wide variety of choice because of this, the food and service is of a very high standard. The bars are varied, with a good selection of live music most nights.

Alvor has a beautiful stretch of clean, sandy beach 4 km long, which is less than a five minute stroll from the apartment. It is rated as one of the best on the Algarve. Wind and kite surfing are very popular, and lessons are available for the energetic!! Many walking trails exist around and over the sand dunes or hire a bike from the town.


How to get there

Fly to Faro on the Algarve with BA, Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair, First Choice, Aer Lingus, Thompsons or BMI.
Alternative options are to fly to Lisbon or Seville, both approximately two and a half hours drive away.

Alvor is approx. 70km from Faro Airport, a 50 minutes drive via the A22 motorway.

All the major car hire companies operate from the airports. Car hire is not essential, as local car hire and taxis in Alvor are reasonably priced. Airport transfers can be arranged for approximately 60 euros each way.

The apartment has a large bedroom with a kingsize bed, together with chair that converts to a single bed. A travel cot is also available. The large sofa in the living room is a 4ft 6in sofa double bed, which can accommodate two adults comfortably.

The bathroom has a powerful over-bath shower.

A Carbon Monoxide Detector and Smoke Alarm have been fitted in the apartment for your safety.

The complex has a lovely swimming pool with a large sun terrace surrounded by palm trees and manicured gardens.

Two sunbeds plus cushions, and parasol stand belonging to the apartment, are available for your use.


Conditions

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
A refundable breakages/damage deposit of £100 will also be required on the balance due date. This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure/ safe return of keys (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).

All payments to be made in STERLING only ie; cheque or bankers draft.

Long lets for more than one month are negotiable.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
