This brand new luxury ground floor apartment is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Close to the lovely fishing village of Alvor. Stylishly furnished with every convenience catered for. Comprising of a large lounge/dining room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double with en-suite and 1 twin). Family bathroom with spa bath. The apartment has air conditioning/heating. All rooms lead onto a large private terrace with access to the large swimming pool, exclusive to our block, as well as gardens and BBQs. There are 2 secure underground parking spaces with lift and video entry system.
There are shops, cafes and restaurants within and around the complex. 5 min from the prestigious Alto golf course and close to the town, shops and the best beaches in the Algarve. Ideal for families with small children as all rooms lead out to the large secure terrace with outside lighting, which has a table, chairs, and sun loungers. There is a children’s play area close by.

Alvor / Ma Partilha area
This brand new luxury ground floor apartment is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Beautifully sandwiched between the magnificent Algarve coastline and the majestic Monchique mountain range and close to the quaint, historic fishing village of Alvor. There are shops, a mini market, a newsagent, cafes, bars and restaurants, a hairdresser’s and a bakery within and around the complex itself and the prestigious Alto Golf course is only 5 mins away, with many other fine courses within easy reach. Some of the best beaches in the Algarve, such as Praia de Rocha and Praia do Vau are easily accessible.
Distances
Within 5 mins walk are 4 restaurants, 3 cafés, mini market, paper shop and hair salon. The town centre of Alvor is a 20-30 min walk away or 5 min drive. Alvor is a quaint fishing village, but boasts a great selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops to suit all ages and tastes. A taxi into town will cost approx 3 Euros (£2). Slide and Splash Water Park is 15km away and Zoo Marine is 20km.
Golf
The Algarve is a golfers paradise and our apartment is ideally situated to take advantage of the best courses. The prestigious Alto Golf and Country Club is a only a 5 minute walk from the doorstep and was the last course to be designed by Sir Henry Cotton. It boasts the longest hole is Europe, the 15th at 660 yards. The Penina Championship course also designed by Sir Henry Cotton is only a 5 min drive away. Other courses nearby are: Quinta do Morgardo, Pestana Golf Resort, Palmares, Boavista Golf, Pinta and Gramacho. All of which are less than 20 mins drive away. Coast/Beach
The best beaches of the Algarve are easily accessible. Praia do Vau famed for the Iodine rich healing properties of its waters is a 5 min drive or 20 - 30 min pleasant walk. Alvor beach is also close by and is a beautiful long sandy beach so will never be crowded even in Summer and is life guarded. The famous Praia da Rocha is also nearby, 10 mins by car. All beaches are well maintained, most have beach front restaurants, cafes, toilet facilities, sunbeds/parasols for hire and water sports.
Other activities
Also within easy reach are activities such as tennis, boat/fishing trips, big game shark fishing, kayaking, canoeing, dolphin watching, various water parks, sky diving, parachuting, water sports, kite boarding, bike rental, bird watching in the nature reserve of Quinta da Rocha, great shopping, local markets, historic towns and museums.
How to get there
Faro airport is 45 mins away, with daily flights from all over Europe. Budget flights available from most uk airports to Faro. Recommended airlines Easyjet, Monarch, BMI baby,Jet2 and Ryanair.
Recommended car hire company holidayautos.co.uk Car hire is not essential, but recommended as there is so much to explore in the Region. Car hire and transfers easily available from airport. We recommend that you book these in advance.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with hydro shower, basin and toilet. Hair dryer supplied. Family bathroom with spa bath with shower, toilet and bidet. Both have electric points.
Kitchen: Modern and stylish with ample storage. Fully equipped with table and chairs, cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Patio doors with electric security shutters lead out onto the terrace.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
The apartment is fully cleaned prior to your arrival and a midstay clean/towels and bed linen change is included for letting periods of over 10 days. Additional cleaning/linen change for stays of 10 days or less can be arranged for an extra charge.
Further details outdoors: There is a large pool surrounded by a lovely grassed area with outside lighting, a shower and sun loungers.
Two brick built BBQ's are available for your use with an outside sink.

A deposit of £100 payable by bank transfer or cheque will secure your reservation and the balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
On payment of balance we also require a £200 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to you upon your return home after inspection and inventory checks and once we have received our keys back.

Conditions
The apartment is ideal for any time of year with air conditioning that also provides heating when required. These heating units are in each bedroom and in the sitting room. The apartment is also particularly suitable for families with young children with its large secure enclosed terrace, pool view and play area. Cot and high chair available at no extra cost (easy buggy and wheelchair access). We regret that due to the policy of the complex we cannot accept bookings from single sex groups of 3 or more people (under 25 year old). If you have a large party or want to come away with friends we have neighbours who rent out their apartment too on the same floor, so please ask for details.

Great place. Missing it already. People all so friendly, so clean with great bars and restaurants, wonderful beaches, lovely hinterland up at Monchique. Will definitely go again. Drivng was ok too, great directions from airport. It was a pleasure to stay somewhere so nice. Our sons enjoyed themselves in the Alvor nightlife!
