This is a beautiful luxury apartment on a new complex at Ma Partilha just outside Alvor centre. All the rooms are very spacious with 3 balconies offering mountain views. There is a shared pool that captures the sun all day. There are local bars, restaurants and a shop and newsagent 100m away. The nearest beach is 1.5km away. 1.5 km to Alvor centre.

Alvor is a lovely old fishing village with a beautiful long beach with watersports. There are lots of fantastic restaurants in the village and also along the beachfront. There are several golf courses close by including Penina, Alto, Palmares, Silves, Pinta and Gramacho. Discounted golf can be arranged.

The Algarve / West Algarve region
The Algarve has miles of beautiful beaches and perfect a climate for playing golf and other sports and is easily accessible from Faro or Lisbon airports. The northern part of the Algarve is mountainous with lovely mountain villages to explore and is ideal for walking. The southern coastline consists of a long stretch of fabulous sandy beaches, broken up by extraordinary rugged cliffs and fantastic grottoes. Most beaches have watersports and sailing activities so whether you are after an activiy packed holiday or relaxation in the sun it is the perfect choice.
Alvor / Ma Partilha area
Alvor is a lovely unspoilt fishing village with a beautiful long beach and lots of fantastic restaurants. There are several beaches nearby the closest are alvor and Praia du Vau. . Most of them have high quality restaurants and snack bars behind them or on them. There are watersports centres and a RYA sailing school and lots of coves and caves to explore.
Top quality golf courses are close by. Penina, Palmares, Silves, Pinta and Gramacho are all very close. Discounted golf can be arranged.
Slide and Splash water park is 15km Zoomarine is 20km Alberfeira = 25km and Vilamoura = 40km. There are several boat trips and jeep safaris on offer from Alvor

All bedrooms have cooling fans. Travel cot available but need to bring you own cot bedding. Family bathroom has wc, bidet, washbasin,spa bath and power shower. Fully equipped kitchen with double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Spacious lounge and dining area with 2 double sofa beds and dining table, tv and dvd. Furnished balcony overlooking swimming pool.
