This luxury one bedroom apartment is set within a private complex in an enviable location ( 300 metres from Alvor beach, 5 mins walk to Alvor centre, easy access to the top golf courses 3 kms). The complex has a lovely garden area which surrounds the 2 swimming pools - one for adults and one for children.

Accommodation consists of main bedroom which has 2 single beds,living room with dining and sitting areas,and a sofa that converts into a double bed,full bathroom,fully equipped kitchen.Large terrace with furniture. Satellite tv, dvd player ,safety deposit box available,Cleaning / Laundry provided for stays of more than 10 days.

This apt is fully licenced for rentals. Licence no : 58353 / 10

Air conditioning / heating available in living room.Cleaning / laundry provided for stays of 10 days or more.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.The balance of 70% is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival,by direct payment to the owners bank account.
Check in time is after 12:00pm on arrival day,and check out time is before 10:30am on departure day.If no other guests are arriving on same day,other arrangements are possible.

It is each guests responsibility to organise their own personal /travel insurance.

Travel cots,highchair,sterilisers if required may be hired locally at extra charge on request.

A damage / breakage deposit of €250 is required,and is to be paid on arrival.This deposit is fully refundable upon inspection of the apartment prior to departure.Should the deposit not cover the replacement item,for ex.a tv then the shortfall shall be paid in full prior to departure.

Please note that we DO NOT accept wedding parties.If it comes to our attention at any time that you are part of a wedding group,you will forfeit any monies that have been paid,and your booking will automatically be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.

Conditions

Children are welcome,(no markers,crayons,paints,pens etc) long term renters welcome, low allergen environment, non smoking only, no pets allowed, suitable for elderly or infirm.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

The Alvor / Vila da Praia area

Alvor is a small fishing village located 5 kms west of Portimao & only 40 mins from Faro airport. It boasts a beautiful 4 1/2 mile stretch of sandy beach which has been awarded an EU Blue flag for safety, cleanliness and the quality of its facilities.

The village of Alvor with its traditional cottages, cobbled streets and picturesque harbour area gives Alvor its unique charm and quaintness, all the while boasting a large selection of bars, some with live music entertainment, street entertainment, open air sea - food restaurants and excellent steak houses.

The new racetrack " Autodroma International do Algarve " which will host many of the International motorsporting events,such as Touring Cars Championship, Superbike Championship, & GP International rounds to name but a few is also only 15 / 20 mins drive from Alvor.

There are facilities for tennis, windsurfing, and golfers are well catered for with the local Alto Golf Club and luxury Penina Championship Golf Course. The children will also be kept entertained at the numerous theme parks and water parks,such as Slide & Splash and Zoo Marine etc.
