This ground floor luxury two bedroom apartment is set within a private complex in an enviable location (300 metres from Alvor beach, is a 5 minute walk to Alvor centre, and is within easy access to the top golf courses 3 kms). The complex has a lovely garden area, which surrounds the two swimming pools,one for adults and one for children.
Accommodation consists of master bedroom with en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds, living room with dining and sitting area,there is also a travel cot available, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Large terrace with furniture. Satellite tv, dvd player and secure car parking space provided. Air conditioning and heating available in living room and bedrooms. Cleaning / laundry provided for stays of 10 days or more.

A damage / breakage deposit of €250 is required,and is to be paid on arrival.This deposit is fully refundable upon inspection of the apartment prior to departure.Should the deposit not cover the replacement item,for ex.a tv,then the shortfall must be paid in full prior to departure.
Please note that we DO NOT accept wedding parties.If it comes to our attention at any time that you are part of a wedding party,hen or stag group,you will forfeit any monies paid,and your booking will be automatically cancelled.
For guests who may require mobility scooters,we can also arrange this on request from a local company at an extra charge.
Conditions
A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.The balance of 70% is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.Check in is after 12:00am on day of arrival,and check out is before 10:30am on day of departure.If no other guests are arriving / departing on same day other arrangements are possible.
We also require a refundable deposit of €250,as security against any damage,breakages,or loss of property, for example provision of cushions for sunloungers for use at pool,sun umbrella also provided for use at pool.Should the damage / breakage deposit not cover the replacement item,for ex,a tv,then the shortfall has to be paid prior to departure.

The Algarve has a temperate climate almost all year round,and has about 300 days of beautiful sunshine a year. The tourist season extends from March to October and it only slows down in wintertime. The Algarve boasts some of the best beaches which are unspoilt, and rated to be amongst the best in the world, included in this rating is Alvor beach which is truly spectacular.
Explore the South Westerly tip of Europe, the stunning beauty of Sagres and Cape St Vincent. Watersports such as snorkelling, swimming ,and big game fishing are extremely popular along the Algarvian coastline, as are the many different boat trips that are available, so that the caves and grottoes may be explored. There are many theme parks and water parks, so you can be sure the children will be kept entertained..
The Alvor / Vila da Praia area
Alvoe is a small fishing village located 5 kms west of Portimao & only 40 mins drive from Faro airport. It boasts a beautiful 4 1/2 mile stretch of sandy beach which has been awarded an EU Blue flag for safety, cleanliness and the quality of it's facilities.
The village of Alvor with its traditional cottages, cobbled streets, & picturesque harbour area gives Alvor its unique charm and quaintness, all the while boasting a large selection of bars, some with live music entertainment, street entertainment, open air sea-food restraurants and excellent steak houses.
There are facilities for tennis, windsurfing and golfers are well catered for with the local Alto Golf Club and luxury Penina Championship Golf Course. The children will also be kept entertained at the numerous theme parks and water parks such as Slide & Splash, Zoo Marine etc.
The new racetrack "Autodroma International do Algarve " which will host many of the international motorsporting events, such as Touring Car Championship, Superbike Championship, & GP International rounds, to name but a few is also only 15 / 20 mins drive from Alvor.

I stayed in this property with my family for a week in April. The rental was conducted in an organised and friendly manner.
The property was clean and very well situated for both the beach and the town. It was our 5th stay in Alvor but i would say it was the best property we had stayed in. It had all the facilities you could possibly require.
Alvor is a bustling fishing village with a strong British influence. It is full of cafes and restaurants and has a wonderful sandy beach.
I would strongly recommend this property to family and friends.

We have just come back from a week in Alvor and had a really enjoyable stay in this apartment...a really modern, clean and spacious apartment fully equipped with all you could possibly need...even a bucket and spade for our 14 mth old to take to the beach ! The apartment is in a great location...only 5 mins from the village and beach. We will definetely be coming back and recommending this apt to our family and friends ...
