Situated 5 minutes drive from Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Portimao. 5 minutes to Penina golf, 10 minutes drive to slide and splash water park, 15 minutes drive to the Autodrome and new karting track and 30 minutes to Zoo Marine.

Booking Conditions
Included in the Rental charge: Air conditioning (if Applicable), Electricity, gas, linen & towels.
Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival unless cash on arrival option has been agreed.
Breakage deposit is payable on booking. Breakage deposit is normally returned within a week of your return by bank transfer and only after major items have been checked, keys &/or access cards have been returned.
Meet & Greet facility - Charge Free: Prior to your arrival, we will go to the property, open things up, check all electrical items & set up the outside furniture. We will then meet up with you, familiarise you with the electrical items, TV Air-con, alarm etc.
Please note time of occupancy on day of arrival is normally 3 pm & departure time is normally 11 am, in order to allow for cleaning.
Cancellation refunds
Up to 8 weeks – Deposit not refunded
6-8 weeks – 50% of total cost refunded
4-6 weeks – 25% of total cost refunded
Less than 4 weeks – no refund

The Algarve sits on the South West tip of Europe with a vary favourable climate and nice warm sunshine throughout the year. It is home to some of Europe'ss finest golden sandy beaches and secluded coves. Further inland there is a mixture of small towns and villages and Lisbon, the metropolitan capital city, is located less than 2 hours away on the Atlantic Coast
The Alvor / Chao das Donas area
The apartment is located on Oasis Parque which is situated 8 minutes drive from Alvor, Praia da Rocha and Portimao. 5 minutes to Penina golf, 10 minutes drive to slide and splash water park, 15 minutes drive to the Autodrome and new karting track and 30 minutes to Zoo Marine.

This was our second visit to the Oasis Parque resort. We were very happy with our apartment. The only thing missing really is Wifi. The indoor pool was very useful on this visit as the weather was quite poor while we were there and the outdoor pools were too cold to use. The resort is very handily situated for quick access to Portimao. There is a lovely shopping centre there called the Aqua centre which was a saviour on some of those horrible rainy days. Alvor itself is about a 5 min drive away. We rented a car so find the Oasis Parque to be a brilliant base for exploring the western Algarve. |
