This beautiful, quality self-catering cottage with one double bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and sitting room with plasma TV and DVD is located in a country setting, yet is only 20 minutes from Birmingham NEC, Stratford upon Avon, Solihull and Redditch. There are a selection of good pubs and restaurants nearby so that it is easy to dine out.

Set in 65 acres of rolling Worcestershire countryside there are plenty of beautiful grounds to explore. You can even idle away a few hours by the fishing ponds in the grounds, well stocked with bream, chub, perch and carp, or go for a walk through the neighbouring countryside.

"Amazing romantic getaway"

"Just like home from home"

Jane made us feel very welcome,always had an open door if you needed any assistance. The rental was just as described in the information. Lovely country surroundings with horses, sheep and fishing ponds nearby. Pub at the bottom of lane was good value for money. Some limitation for people who could not climb more than7 steps

"Relaxing stay in lovely countryside."

The owners were most welcoming and helpful. The cottage is delightful, surrounded by fields with horses. Birmingham is nearby and 1/2 hourly trains go from the Village of Alvechurch.… More
