Ancient Tuscan barn conversion, adjacent to the main farmstead beautifully restored in all respects of rural nineteenth-century style.

It's the ideal base from whitch to see some of the major sites of Tuscany. The railway station is only 3 km and the bus is 300 meters. The freeway is 3 km. A small market center and restaurants are 300 meters, every kind of store within 3 km.

It is a 70sqm apartament, on two floors. Beds 4+2. O the ground floor the entrance, living-room, dining area, and the fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Some lemon-tree adorn this typical Tuscan farmstead.

The apartment has a laundry with washing-machine and iron.

The main door, originating from the early 800's, has been totally restored. In this photo reverse side of the door is shown with the special iron fortification, that were particular to the end of this age.

The typical "mezzane" arched ceiling has been restored in the downstairs area comprising open plan entrance, living and dining area and kitchen.

The dining area is totally composed by furniture and ornaments dating from the late 800's. The table is made of marble from the famous Carrara area.

The display of pots and pans hanging on the wall once belonged to Grandma and have been beautifully restored and decorated.

The Grandfather's scale, jar for the oil, the ash-tray hand decorated.

The living-room is furnished with a comfortable double sofa-bed and with furniture in solid wood.

An old restored shutter displaying two beautiful rustic scenes, adds charm.

The kitchen is complete with oven, gashob, refrigerator and freezer. Particular care has been placed in the recovery of kitchen tools and work tools originally used at this farmstead.

The original "pietra serena" sink is typical of sink used in Tuscan peasant's kitchens and was recovered from the restoration of the premises.

The bedroom upstairs feature the "mezzane" ceilings with exposed beams. Tha main bedroom has a double bed and forniture of the era, that has been totaly restored.

The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and furnished with items typical of the era.

The large bathroom is equipped with the shower.

The location dispose of a large green area where you can relax.On accede to the main road by an automatic gate.

Children may play while their parents read or take the sun. The area is fully enclosed and without dangers.

Large, private parking with several shadow areas.

The garden is furnished with chairs, sun chairs and a table ideal for a fresh dinner at he shadow of the big trees.
