Oasis Villa is a large and spacious semi-detached property in an exclusive complex 10 minutes walk from the town & local market and with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach.

The complex is set in a quiet location with a large communal swimming pool and separate kids pool. The villa benefits from a private sun terrace lots of space for sunbathing/sunbeds and a BBQ

- Master double bedroom with en-suite (whirlpool bath) and shower.

- All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Second Floor/Roof:
- Large private roof terrace with brick BBQ

The Aegean Coast region

Altinkum is located on the Aegean coastline between Bodrum and Izmir. Between April and October the weather is warm and sunny. The nearby Temple of Apollo is a must see and the historic Ephesus and famous Pamukkale attractions are only 90 minutes away. Many other ancient sites are nearby as are many traditional towns and markets giving a real taste of the Turkish culture.

The Altinkum / Didim area

Altinkum has many things to do and see. 3 sandy beaches to enjoy, daily boat trips from the harbour and a nearby Water Park that is fun for all ages. The main seafront stretches in a curve around the bay and this is filled with shops, bars and restaurants with many offering a free pickup & return service. Water Sports are available from the main beach. Luna Park funfair is a short walk from the main seafront.

If you want to cater for yourself, there are 3 large supermarkets within easy reach along with a local market selling fresh fruit & vegetables and many nearby bakeries and shops.

Huge range of restaurants offering traditional Turkish food or international dishes to suit every budget. Children very welcome in the restaurants with most offering a Childrens Menu. There are also several Bars and even a few nightclubs near the beachfront by Dolphin Square. Most restaurants open until midnight.

The nearest airport is Bodrum :

• Bodrum airport is approx. 75km or 1hr 15 minutes away (Airport Transfers can be arranged on request).

• Car Hire is available from the airport or can be hired near to the Villa.

• Many charter airlines fly to Bodrum (EasyJet, Thomas Cook, Thomson Fly, First Choice, Pegasus) as do scheduled airlines (Monarch, Turkish Airlines Onur Air etc). Flights are available from most UK airports (Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Belfast etc).

Flights by British Airways, Turkish Airlines, Sun Express, Cyprus Turkish Airlines, Thomas Cook and others are also available to Izmir airport (Izmir is about 2hrs away) - transfers can be arranged on request.

“Supberb” We have rented many villas over the years in Altinkum and this one was the best to date. So much so we have already booked during out stay for 2 more stays in 2013. Complex is beautifully maintained and the villa is very spacious with lovely new modern kitchen. Owner was super to deal wit and provided lots of information. The villa is on a very professional development with lots of permanent residents. The pool is spotless. You can walk to the seafront in about 20 mins with other local bars etc in 10 mins. My hiusband used to be a property developer and conmfirmed the size of the villa for a 4 bed is the biggest he has seen in altinkum. Downstairs bedroom and shower room was perfect for my elderley mother in law. I just wish we had stayed longer
