A SPACIOUS 2 BEDROOMED APARTMENT WITH POOL ON DOORSTEP. DREAM LOCATION FOR A FAMILY.In the area known as Didim. There are 32 privately owned apartment and duplexes here with a large pool, children's pool and jacuzzi. It is a walled complex with 24 hr security and is private and secure. The complex is very close to shops, main supermarkets, restaurants, bars, markets and has numerous beaches close by. The Temple of Apollo is a short Dolmus ride away. The Aqua Park is a 10 min journey with free bus service there. It is very easy to access the local bus (Dolmus) from Cornellia. Most journeys cost about 40p. The apartment can cater for up to 6 people and has 2 balconies one to the front and one to the rear. All apartments are owned by English speaking people.

The Aegean Coast region
This is a very interesting area with a beautiful coastline with numerous bays and beaches. Lake Bafa is a wonderful area just a short drive away. Historical sites of Temple of Apollo, Miletos and Priene are close by too. Ephesus is just over 1 hour away as is The House of Mary. Kusadasi and Bodrum are within driving distance .
Altinkum / Didim area
Didim is the old town area with the Saturday market and lots of shops and excellent value restaurants (One can have an excellent meal for as little as£3 per person). There are numerous restaurants andbars popping up as this part of town is becoming more and more fasionable. Altinkum is joined to Didim ......... down the hill with three beaches ,lots of night life, bars and the Medusa night club. There is a night market in Mavishir. The turkish baths are within walking distance of the apartment. There are many local companies offering trips to places of interest even to the Greek Islands. The local aqua park is a thrilling day out with its pools slides, rides and breathtaking views. One must experience a turkish hair cut ......second to none!!! There is a hospital in the town and lots of clinics and pharmacies.(Always one open) There are lots of playgrounds to keep the kids happy. Turkey is a very family friendly country.
How to get there
Onur Air, Aegean Airlines, Easyjet, First Choice. Thomson and many more go to Bodrum and Izmir. British Airways to Izmir go all year round. Transfers to and from both Izmir and Bodrum airports can be organised. There are numerous car hire companies in Altinkum and at airports.

Further details indoors: Despite being very central this is a very quiet complex especially at night. The apartment is very comfortable and tiled throughout and a/c in every room. These units are used as heaters in the colder months. There is a boiler in the bathroom which heats the water .
Further details outdoors: There are sun loungers available and are free to use. There are umbrellas too. There is ample tiled are for sunbathing. The gardens are very pleasant. There is an amazing cool breeze through Cornellia and this is divine in July and August.

This apartment is available all year round.
If someone was interested in longer than a week or two there would be a reduction. A deposit of £100 will secure booking with the remainder paid 6 weeks in advance. A wecome pack of bread, milk, water etc can be provided on request. Pool is open from April through to end of October.
Conditions
Strictly no smoking except on balcony. No pets please. This property is not suitable for same sex groups as it is more family oriented and is also very suitable for couples both young and maturing.
