This is a brand new two bedroom apartment fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The accommodation sleeps up to six.
There are two double bedrooms-one with a king size bed and double wardrobe and the other with twin beds and a wardrobe. Both have air conditioning. There is a comfortably furnished open plan lounge with a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with full cooker, fridge and washing machine. The sofa in the lounge converts to a double bed. The bathroom has shower, wash basin and WC. Off of the lounge is a large balcony furnished with patio furniture and overlooking the pool area.
Fully equipped for six, linen and towels provided. (We request you supply your own beach towels)

The Aegean Coast region
The Aegean coast has long hot and dry summers and mild winters. In summer temperatures can reach into the 40s and with the cooling sea breezes offers the perfect holiday climate for those looking for sun, sea and sand! There are many places of interest in the region to suit every taste - historical sites galore, the most famous of which is the ancient city Ephesus,dating back almost 8000 years and under excavation for the last 110, the city is the size of Manchester and remarkably intact.
Beautiful Bafa Lake, a bird watchers paradise with many nesting sites for rare species, the mud baths of Dalyan, Turtle Beach, Pammukale, quaint winemaking villages and a host of other sights to see all within easy reach of Altinkum. For retail therapy there is the cosmopolitan town of Bodrum with numerous shopping centres and arcades as well as an ancient castle and a large marina. Kusadassi is just one hour away and boasts one of the largest marinas in the region with luxury cruise liners mooring regularly
Altinkum / Didim area
Altinkum / Didim is a quiet resort, that comes to life at night with plenty of wonderful restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and cuisines. Some offer traditional Turkish evenings with belly dancers,dancing troupes and other entertainments. For the more lively, there are several dance clubs and bars in the resort, the best of which is the Medusa open air colloseum which plays disco music into the early hours.
The harbour offers boat trips to local islands and coves and there are ferries to Bodrum and the Greek island of Kos. For a fun day out there is the the Didim aquapark which has its own regular bus service.
Altinkum is the perfect location for exploring the many places of interest in the region. The famous Temple of Apollo is just 1 km away from the centre of the resort. The ancient ruins of the city of Ephesus and the quaint winemaking village of Sirince are just one hour away. Turtle Beach, Pamukkale, Bafa lake and the mud baths of Dalyan are within easy reach. If shopping is your thing then Altinkum has a huge covered weekly market offering everything from locally grown produce to quality leather goods and designer clothing and from June - September a nightly market offering locally made crafts, clothing and souveneirs.
Further afield are the designer outlet stores in Soke, 45 mins away, Bodrum with its huge choice of shopping centres, castle and marina is 1.5 hours and Kusadassi is one hour away.

Further details indoors: This is a private gated complex with a 24 hour security guard in a developing residential area. There is a 120 m2 swimming pool with a separate kiddies section set in landscaped gardens with plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxation.
The complex is set on a slight rise with good sea views all around Planned for the complex is a fully equipped fitness centre, a children's playground and a management office. The complex is surrounded by a gated stone built perimeter wall allowing for seclusion and privacy. There is ample car parking outside the complex.
A free daily bus service to Altinkum is operational during the season.
