This apartment on the Royal Marina complex is in a quiet location, no more than 10 minutes walk to the beach and shopping centre in the resort of Altinkum. This 5* property is located on the 2nd floor and is served by a lift with lounge/kitchen area leading on to a large balcony which looks out on to one of the pools in a prime position.

The Aegean Coast region
This coast has turquoise seas and golden beaches making it a beach lovers' paradise. The surrounding area is close to many interesting places to visit, with the Apollon Temple just 10 minutes drive away, or take the local bus (Dolmus). A little further afield are the historical ruins of Ephesus approx 90 minutes drive. This is one of the Ancient Seven Wonders of the World and worth a visit.
If you don't want to go too far you can use the very cheap local bus (Dolmus). For just 1.25 lire you can travel anywhere locally. This will also take you to the Water Park about 10 minutes away.
The climate on this coast is warm, reaching temperatures of around 30-40 degrees centigrade in summer.
Altinkum / Dolphin Square area
Altinkum means "Golden Sands" and the 3 beaches provide just that. The Royal Marina is close to a smaller beach which is 5 mins walk known as 3rd beach and has a restaurant which runs a free mini bus service to and from the beach if you use the restaurant facilities. Dolphin Square is approx 5 mins walk where there are an abundance of bars/restaurants. The main beach seafront of Altinkum is approx 1km and is pedestrianised with a larger selection of shops, bars and restaurants offering cuisine to suit all tastes. There is good nightlife for everyone with a variety of bars/clubs open until the early hours. There is a market in Didim every Saturday where you can haggle for bargains. There are also daily boat trips from the harbour going to Bodrum and Kos. The new Marina is now open which allows cruise ships and yachts to able to visit and where there will eventually be 5 star hotel, cinemas and shopping malls. There are also plans to construct 2 golf course complexes within 10 minutes drive of Royal Marina.

Modern and fitted kitchen with gas hob, microwave/oven, fridge/freezer and all essential items. Security safe in kitchen cupboard. ALL ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND THE PRICE ALSO INCLUDES WEEKLY MAID SERVICE AND LINEN CHANGE.
Further details outdoors: The complex has 2 semi-0lympic size swimming pools with 2 children's pools. Both pools are the same depth making it safe for children. Large sunbathing terraces with sun loungers. There is a cafe and restaurant serving a variety of meals and there are Turkish nights, karaoke and quiz nights arranged weekly. There is a games room with pool table and table tennis and playstation. The children's play area is located at the entrance of the complex. 24 hr CCTV for your security. There is a staffed on-site office to help with any queries and to assist with arranging excursions, car rentals etc. There is also internet access available in the office. Garden is landscaped and suitable for wheelchair users. Parking space outside the complex and also small supermarket/bar open 24 hours a day for any useful or last minute items.
