Our 3 bedroom duplex apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. There is a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning, comfortable seating and there is a fully maintained pool on the complex. The best restaurants and bars are within walking distance. A short distance from the apartment the local Dolmus bus service can take you to Dolphin Square and the beach area every 5 to 10 mins . There is a market/shop 50 meters from the complex and also a large Saturday market which can be found within a 10 minute walk. The modern complex is surrounded by beautiful gardens and 24 hr security.

The Aegean Coast region
When you have visited this area of Turkey we assure you, you will wish to return. Good weather is guaranteed. Altinkum which means "golden sands" boasts to have the only golden sand beaches in this region. Turkish food is said to be one of the best in the world and when you meet the friendly locals you will realise they are in the same league. In terms of ancient sites, Ephesus, Miletus and Aphrodisius among others should not be missed.
The Altinkum / Didim area
In Altinkum, on all the 3 main beaches, water sports are available and sunbeds and umbrellas are for hire. At the harbour of Altinkum there are many daily boat trips on offer. Dolphin Square comes alive at night and is the main centre of Altinkum. There is a local dolmus (bus) service and taxi service.

What an apartment! The best of both worlds too. Far enough away from the night life etc for some peace and quiet and yet close enough to get into the centre and beaches whenever we wanted. Can't wait to get back next year. Rod & Kim.

Hello Michael,
Just to let you know we had a wonderful holiday. All of the information you provided was helpful. We were very comfortable indeed, the apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished. The weather was approx 33 every day. We discovered many beaches along the road towards the Aquapark and beyond, we went to Miletus and Priene which were well worth a visit and stopped at the Art Cafe in the village of Ayokku.
We enjoyed some super food at the Turkish cafes in Didim. I have also recommended to one of my colleagues yesterday, who has just returned from a holiday near Bodrum, but didnt see nearly as much as we did.

Strictly no smoking inside the apartment. A £150 breakages fee is required 6 weeks before departure and held until the apartment has been inspected. This will be refunded to you if all is satisfactory 2 weeks after your departure. 25% of the rental fee on booking, the rest to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival.
