About the home

Visit our beautiful apartment on the stunning Agean coast with its beautiful beaches and gently shelving crystal clear waters , surrounded with shops bars and restaurants.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area , within easy walking distance to Altinkum beach and the town centre. The apartment has a large shared pool with a separate children's paddling pool, perfect for the children , 2 large furnished balconies, a modern fitted kitchen, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom.. Lounge and bedrooms have air conditioning and doors out to balconies.

The lounge has 2 sofas one that can easily be folded down to make another double bed , colour tv with dvd .TIhe kitchen is fully fitted with all that you may need on holiday . It has a very large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower above . 2 bedrooms fully fitted, each with doors out on to the balconies.

Further details outdoors:
There are sun loungers placed around the pool, along with tables and chairs for your use during the day. All are cleaned morning and night along with all the outside areas by the 24 hour maintenance man . The complex also has 24 hour security , gym and games room.

The pool is available May through to the end of October.
Welcome packs can be provided if required.
Tranfers can be arranged from airport if required.

Conditions

No pets allowed.
No smoking inside the apartment please, outside on balconies is fine.
A refundable deposit of £50 is required with final payment , to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure, subject to a property inspection .

The Aegean Coast region

This region of Turkey offers lots of historic places to visit such as Ephesus, the second biggest Ancient site in the world . There are also boat trips , scuba diving , jeep safari , horse riding and much more for you to enjoy.

The Altinkum / Hunters Valley area

Altinkum, which also means golden sands , has just that! 3 beautiful beaches, which shelve gently into the crystal clear Agean sea , ideal for children. There are also water sports of all kinds and great boat trips . The main beach is lined with shops, bars and restaurants and just a short walk from the beach you have the main street with lots more to choose from.

The nearest Airport to Altinkum is Bodrum. You can get there from all major airports and some local ones .There are lots of airlines to choose from the cheapest being Easyjet , Agean flights , Firstchoice, Flythomas cook, Thomson and many more.When flying in late season November -April you can fly British Airways to Izmir.
Return airport transfers can be arranged .
