This brand new, 2 bedroom apartment furnished with a lot of love and care has a bright, sunny and welcoming feel. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is kitted out to a very good standard with everything you could need for a holiday, all brand new. All the amenities of Altinkum are on your doorstep including beach front restaurants and bars and plenty of shops. There are also authentic [and very cheap!] Turkish restaurants for those who want to experience the real Turkey . A 40p bus ride will take you the Didim market, for your local turkish shopping experience and taste of a real donner kebab. There are a variety of cultural sights that are in easy reach of Altinkum such as the Temple of Apollo (10mins), the ancient city of Ephesus, Pamukalle and the spectacular beach and temples at Dalyan.

The Aegean Coast region

The region hosts a variety of interests to suit all ages and groups. Long sandy beaches for walks along the promenade with fantastic views of the sea with its warm waters. Historical sights like the temple of Apollo which is a 10 minute drive away. The region is also in close proximity of popular historical sights such as the ancient city of Ephesus and the temples at Dalyan.

Altinkum / Dolphin Square area

Altinkum has 3 clean sandy beaches very popular with the Turkish holiday makers and Brits. The region and its people are very friendly and value tourists to the area, whether you are in a restaurant, at the local Didim market, in a bar in Dolphin Square or on the beach. Explore the different areas and you will find a whole host of different restaurants and supermarkets to suit all taste and delicacies.

How to get there

Fly to Bodrum or Izmir. Flights operate year round.
Transfer time to the apartment - one hour, 15 minutes from Bodrum airport and 2 hours from Izmir Airport.
Transfers (approx £40) for 4 people one way, transfers can be arranged for you via our property Manager. Help with flights or any other holiday requirements can be arranged. Flights to Bodrum can be booked via www.Goldtrail.co.uk, www.H4U.co.uk.

This brand new apartment is kitted out with every thing you could need for a holiday home. Linen/towels are provided and the apartment is cleaned before your arrival and on your departure. Every effort has been made to make this apartment a very family orientated and welcoming home away from home.

Further details outdoors:
A villa type property which consists of 4 apartments on 2 floors, situated in an authentic and unspoilt, friendly, Turkish suburb. There is a spacious terrace with outdoor lights for your late night family gatherings. The dolmus (Turkish bus) can conveniently be flagged down outside the apartment.

NOT suitable for those with mobility problems, as there are steps leading up to the front door.

Further details

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required when you book, the balance is payable 8 weeks before your departure. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before departure all monies must be paid in full.

Conditions

A refundable breakages deposit of £25 is required on booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
