Sunflower Apartment Complex is located very close to the town of Didim. It has a good sized pool and children's pool. A short walk takes you to the centre of the town which has unlimited bars and restaurants to tempt your pallette. Fast food to international cuisine, its your choice. A walk of 25 mins. from the town centre down the busy boulevard will bring you to the main beach front of Altinkum. The promenade is fairly quiet during the day but evening time comes to life. If walking does not appeal, the complex has a courtesy bus which runs 3 times a day to the beach front and most restaurants will drive you home after your meal.

The Aegean Coast region
The Aegean coastline of Turkey has some of the most specticular landscapes of the country.
There are many places of interest in the region. ie. Temple of Apollo, Turtle Beach, Pamukkale and the renown ruins of Ephesus are approx. 1 hour away. The major port of Kusadasi is also approx. 1 hour away. The large seawater lake of Bafa is a must to view. 30 minutes away.
Altinkum / Didim area
Didim Town is in the county of Aydin. Didim is one of the most important tourism places of the area. It has a coastline of some 80 kms. Its main tourist attraction is the Temple of Apollo, built to house an oracle. This temple dates back to 300BC. and towers above the historic town of Didyma. Altinkum is a quiet resort but comes to life in the evenings with many wonderful restaurants and bars. Some have special turkish evenings which include belly dancing. For the more lively there are clubs for dancing, the best of which is the Medusa open air colloseum which plays Disco music to the early hours. The local market sells leather goods,clothes,lace and home grown produce at good prices. The marina offers a good selection of boat trips to local coves and beaches. Ferries also run to Bodrum which is a cosmopolitan town
How to get there

Further details indoors: The apartment consists of 2 Double Bedrooms with 1 having an en suite bathroom. This bathroom also has a washing m/c. 1 Twin-bedroom, second bathroom consisting of shower cubicle ,wc ,washbasin. The living area is divided between the kitchen and lounge by a small breakfast bar and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including frige/freezer,hob,kettle,toaster etc. Both the lounge area and bedrooms open out on to sun drenched balconies. The apartment has air conditioning. We can supply a cot,highchair and buggy at £10/week per item or £25/week for the 3 items.
Further details outdoors: The complex has plenty of room to sunbathe and swim in the good sized swimming pool. There are adequate sunloungers available for your personal use without waking at the crack of dawn to reserve your place in the sun. The complex also benefits from 24 hr Security, table tennis, gym, pool/snooker table, pool side sunloungers, and a courtesy bus to Altinkum beach 3 times a day in season.

A self catering "Welcome Pack of Tea,Coffee,Sugar,Milk,Bread and Butter, Sorry, No pets allowed. Families and couples preferred. Strictly no smoking allowed except on the balconies. Non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure booking reservation. Refundable cheque (Bond) of £100.00 is required at the time of payment of your final balance, subject to no breakages / losses in the apartment. Balance of holiday fees payment to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure. Holiday fees after this time must be paid at your time of booking.
