This perfectly situated 1st floor apartment is in a quiet location but just 5 minutes walk to the beach and town,making your holiday break an easy base for you to play,shop,eat and relax....This well equipped apartment consists of one double bedroom with wardrobe,chest of drawers,bedside cabinets,air conditioning and it's own balcony.One twin room with wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Also a large sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 ,with air conditioning.The apartment is ideal for families and couples with plenty to see and do or retreat to the balcony and enjoy the view.

The Aegean Coast region

Altinkum is located on the west side of the Turkish coastline.It is situated between the larger resorts of Bodrum and Kusadssi 1-1/2 hours away. For those interested in the history and culture of Turkey Altinkum is within easy reach of many historical attractions offering a great base for exploration.The ancient city of Ephesus is the largest ongoing archaeological site in the world and is just 1 hour away .Combine this trip with the famous Pamukkale, with it's mineral springs and thermal bathing, or visit the Temple of Apollo and experience for yourself this true cultural atmosphere of Altinkum.
Or for those who simply want to sit back and relax can take it easy and bask in the glorious sunshine, potter in a pedalo or try out a range of water sports on offer or sail away for the day aboard a gullet (wooden boat with sails)with sun decks and take in the beautiful views of the Aegean coastline.Just walk down to the harbour and book your trip or daily excursion with a local tour company .
In the evenings visit one of the many local restaurants and bars along the sea front promenade or dance the night away at the open air Medusa night club landmarked with it's skylasers.

Altinkum / Didim area

Altinkum's main beach 5 minutes from the apartment is famous for it's long stretch of golden sands in fact Altinkum has three beaches all within walking distance offering clear blue warm waters to swim and relax. If you want more than lazing on the beach, Altinkum shops offer a good range of leather goods,numerous jewellery shops,designer clothes and turkish carpets.The huge market every saturday is a short dolmus(bus)ride about 10 min away which sells every thing from spices to clothes.For the children there is an Aqua park just 20 minutes dolmus ride away.
Summer temperature is around 86 -105 f (30-40 C)

How to get there

Flights from Gatwick to Bodrum or Izmir Airport is approximately 4Hrs.
Taxi transfer from airport to apartment is 90 minutes.

The apartment has 2 balconies 1 leading off the main bedroom and the other leading off the front lounge with
balcony table and chairs.
There is a small safe in the kitchen for those important documents etc
