About the home

The 2 bedrooms consist of 1 double and 3 singles. Both rooms have air conditioning. A further 2 guests could sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge (with ceiling fan). The lounge has comfortable furniture, dining table and chairs, Satelite tv and dvd player. This opens out direct onto the balcony area. There is a modern kitchen with all mod cons. The bathroom has a full size bath and shower, wash basin with mirror over, and an infants toilet seat if required. This is all accessed off a large hallway big enough to store bikes, prams etc. You will also find an infants car booster seat if you should hire a car during your stay. There are a number of inflatable toys (ie:Lilo's) and balls left for your use.

No all male or all female groups please unless vetted by the owner. Although a cleaning service is provided before you arrive and after your departure please ensure you leave the property as you found it.

NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 25% of the total rental fee payable when booking.
FULL PAYMENT is required 4 weeks before your arrival.
Refundable deposit of £75 to cover any breakages.
Lost key charge of £50 as the locks would need to be replaced.

The Aegean Coast region

Altinkum is a vibrant bustling town on the beautiful Aegean coast with crystal clear waters. The town has all you could need from quaint small shops to hyper markets, Bars and Restaurants. It has 3 fantastic beaches(Altinkum means Golden Sands). There is also the new and very modern Marina if sailing or boating is your preferred activity. You are able to use the Yacht club facilities when you visit, which include a Gym, Pool and Restaurant.

The Altinkum / Didim area

The town has a waterpark nearby , which is easily reached by minibus, car or the local Dolmus.
The Apollon temple is a very short ride away . A look around this site reminds you that for centuries this has always been a very important area. There are markets,boat trips,fun fair,a brand new marina.
The main beach has a promenade along its full length, lined with Restaurants and Bars.
Dolphin Square is the focal point in Altinkum with Shops,Cafe's, and a small play area for the children. Recently a reck was sunk off the coast of Didim to create an area for diving.

You will fly to Bodrum/ Milas airport from many uk airports. Before you arrive the owner can arrange for a return airport transfer for you direct to your apartment either by mini bus or private car (taking approx 1 hour), this is payable at the complex reception once you have settled in. Car hire is available from the airport, the Royal Marina complex or locally in Altinkum.

We have a great time here year after year. The apartment is perfect for our needs, and only a 5 min walk from the town . The staff are very welcoming and helpful and i would recommend this property to any one.
