About the home

Beautiful spacious 3 bedroom villa on three floors with a spacious roof terrace, overlooking spectacular pool. The Villa has its own landscaped garden and three large terraces. Beautiful marbled tiled family bathroom plus two en suite bathrooms and downstairs clockroom. Openplan kitchen/lounge/dining area which is great for families and groups of friends. The Villa is on an exclusive village complex with 75% of the land for gardens and leisure. There are 2 large 25 metre swimming pools each with children's paddling pools. The site has a tennis court, a basketball, five-aside court and children's play area. There is 24hr security and the site is surrounded by a stone wall.
This is all only a two minutes walk away from the beautiful sandy beach at Yesilkent, perfect for peace and relaxation, but only a 7 minutes dolmus ride away you can find the bustling resort of Altinkum with its beautiful sandy beaches, numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, guaranteed to satisify every age range and group size.

There is a spacious terrace off the lounge/dining room with large patio table and 6 chairs. On the second floor there is an ajoining terrace off both bedrooms. On the third floor is the large roof terrace for all day sunbathing with two sunloungers. The village complex has 75% of its space given to gardens and leisure making the whole area a lovely environment for a relaxing holiday. Only two minutes walk is the peaceful sandy beach at Yesilkent and a short walk away is a local restaurant seving delicous Turkish and English cusine.

Refundable security deposit required (£200)
Any breakages must be replaced or informed of, as the villa is checked at the end of the stay and will be deducted from deposit.
Clients must ensure that the villa is kept clean, tidy and to the standard it was found.

The Aegean Coast region

Renown for its sandy beaches and fantastic weather the Aegean coast on the West of Turkey offers many sites of historic interest. The Temple of Apollo is only 4km away within the town of Didim. One of the wonders of the world Ephesus an impressive 4000 year old city can be reached within two hours and there are many guided coach tours available. Also the geological formations of Pamukkale are also well worth visiting.

The Altinkum area

Beautiful area of Yesilkent peaceful and great for families and couples, only a short distance from Altinkum a bustling resort centred along 3 long sandy beaches and reached by taxi within 5 minutes or dolmus within 7 minutes (local minibus available 2 minute walk from site, cost of just 50p).
The resort has numerous bars, restaurants and shops where many a bargain can be had! Altinkum has something for everyone, from quiet Turkish restaurants to lively nightlife (most restaurants offer a free pick up service from your villa and back home again). The local Saturday market is well worth a visit ,selling fruit and vegatables. Famous makes of jeans, T-shirts and bags (fake of course) can be bought at bargain prices! There are also several supermarkets within altinkum offering quality food and drink.(Careforre the Turkish equivalent to Tesco).

The nearest airport is Bodrum Milas which is 75km or 1hr 15mins away. You can also travel from Ismir Airport which is 2hr away) Transfers can be arranged on request (from £10 per person each way)
Various charter airlines, Thomas Cook, Onur air (Turkish airline) fly to Bodrum and Ismir from many airports (Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow, Edinborough and Belfast). Flight time approx 3hr 30 mins. Flights are also available all year to Izmir airport. Specific directions will be sent upon booking.

“Excellent accommodation in a tranquil setting” Really enjoyable family holiday in a spacious, modern, clean villa, with all you could need and more. The ground'sof the complex including the pool areas were very well kept with very helpful staff. The location was perfect for a relaxing holiday with the hustle and bustle of the town a short Dolmus ride away. Would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation

Rates are quoted for the rental of the property for 1 week for up to 6 guests. For 7-8 guests there is an extra surcharge of 15% on top of the rental rate. A 5% discount is available for stays of 2 weeks and a 10% discount for three or more week stays (Not available for school holidays, or on late/early deals). Between November and April longer letting is available at a reduced cost, please contact owner for further details.

Late deal discount of 10% available if booking start date is less than 2 weeks away.

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 refundable security deposit will also be required at this time. The security deposit will be refunded once the property has been checked by the onsite management company

There is a compulsary cleaning and laundry charge which includes beds made up on arrival and all bedlinen and towels washed and changed at the end of your stay, this cost is £45.

A welcome pack can also be provided to be at the villa upon your arrival, with items such as water, bread, milk, fruit juice, eggs, butter and toilet rolls, for a cost of £15.
