This fantastic 3 bedroom, 'quattro' style villa is situated on a sought after, privately managed complex, and has many great things to offer, including 2 amazing swimming pools, each with kid's paddling pools, tennis and basketball courts, kid's play area, 24 hour reception and security. The beautiful Yesilkent beach is only a 3 minute walk away, where you can hire sunbeds, parasols, pedaloes, canoes, water-skiing. Local shop is equipped with all your essentials.
The villa sleeps 6, 2 rooms with single beds (one with en suite), and master bedroom with a double bed (en suite). There is also a family bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Downstairs WC. All rooms lead out onto balconies and the master bedrooms has it's own roof-terrace, equipped with sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped and other luxuries include TV, DVD, many films. We have just purchased a pool table, which our guests are more than welcome to use.
The villa is situated in a quiet area, so if its peace and quiet you are after, this villa is ideal. Saying that, you are only 10 minutes from all the hustle and bustle, so you can get the best of both worlds!

The Aegean Coast region
Sun can be scorching in the summer, 34 degrees, and a lovely 'spring' like climate in May/October.
Altinkum is an ideal base to explore the heritage and culture of Turkey, with such places as Ephesus and Pammukale being only a few hours away, and Apollos Temple, just a few minutes up the road.
Other popular excursions include boat trips from the harbour, island trips, to Bodrum and Kos etc. There is an aqua park just north of Didim, with slides, beaches, pools etc, that can be reached by Dolmus.
Altinkum / Didim area
The golden sandy beaches of Altinkum are only a short distance away (the name Altinkum means gold sands). Altinkum benefits from three beach areas, all well maintained with sunbeds and parasols for hire. The compact town centre means that everything is within easy walking distance, with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and discos. There is always a frienly relaxed atmosphere here and the people are very welcoming. The resort has a variety of amenities, making it appealing to a wide age range - offering everything from a traditional Turkish Bath, to all night clubbing. A market runs every Saturday in Altinkum.

Bodrum: 80 km
Fly to Bodrum airport - Aegean Pines Village is 1 hour 20 minute transfer from airport. Transfer can be arranged.for approx. £30 each way (for 4 people).
For larger groups, prices are approx. £7.50 per person each way (shared mini-bus).
Taxis from the airport are approx. £60 each way.
Sometimes you can get some good deals flying to Izmir Airport. BA usually have good prices, and transfers from Izmir are only 2 hours, and cost approx. £50.00 each way for 4 people.
