Within the complex there is a bar which serves food all day and there is a games area with a pool table, Playstation and table tennis. Large sunbathing terraces with sunbeds.
The complex is situated just a short stroll to the 3 glorious sandy beaches where a wide range of water sports can be found. The main promenade including all the shops, numerous restaurants, bars and nigh clubs are all within easy walking distance.

All rooms are fully furnished with air conditioning. Bathroom consists of a bath with shower over the bath. Washing machine is provided for your use.
Kitchen includes cooker, fridge, freezer and a mini oven with grill.

Spacious balcony with patio furniture seating 6 over looking one of the large swimming pools and one of the kiddies pools. Ideal for early morning breakfast or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening while watching the kids have fun in the pools.
Balcony has direct access to these pools which are situated directly outside the apartment.
Large sunbathing terraces including sun loungers, parasols with poolside bar service.

Built in free safety deposit box (lost keys carry a charge of £100 due to the safe having to be replaced).
Electric boiler included for continuous hot water.
On site office providing information, assistance, money exchange, car rentals and booking of excursions.
Conditions
No smoking except on balcony.
A non refundable deposit of 20% is payable at time of booking to secure dates and balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
A £50 refundable breakages deposit is payable with final payment and will be refunded within 2 wks of your return (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
The Aegean Coast region
Altinkum is situated on the southern Agean coast of Turkey and is a beach lovers paradise.
The region enjoys year round sunshine with temperatures ranging from 20 degrees in February to 40+ degrees in August.
The Altinkum / Camlik Mah area
There are plenty of beachfront bars & restaurants along the main promenade, offering a wide variety of menus from international to Turkish dishes. There is plenty of nightlife there a number of lively bars and nightclubs near Dolphin Square. A lot of restaurants offer a free pick up/return home service.
Altinkum also has 3 lovely beaches all within easy walking distance and there are plenty of boat trips on offer.
A new 650 berth Marina, which is within 15 mins walk from the apartment, opened in September 2009 providing additional choices of bars and restaraunts.
Visit places of local interest such as the Temple of Apollo and the new Aquapark (both 10mins in Dolmus).
The Dolmus also takes you to the local market on a Saturday which is a must for bargain hunters, excellent for leather handbags and designer gear. Don`t forget to haggle for a great deal!
