About the home

This brand new luxury three bedroom apartment is situated in the prestigious Altea Natura development, only 2 km from Altea La Vella and 7km from Altea itself. The development is in a great natural setting next to the Altea and Bernia mountains, surrounded by abundant pine trees, and has wonderful panoramic and sea views. The apartment is south facing so the spacious balcony/terrace enjoys the benefit of the sun for most of the day.

Being all on the same level the apartment comprises a spacious lounge/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one en suite) and two bathrooms. In addition to the large shared private swimming pool (with landscaped gardens) there is an exclusively designed private club house with a heated indoor pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi! An ideal base for exploring the wonderful Costa Blanca or just for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean "al fresco" lifestyle.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is situated on the east coast of Spain and is considered to be one of the most beautiful places in Europe. One of the reasons that the World Health Organisation considers this region to have one of the healthiest climates in the world is that each year there are on average more than 320 days of sunshine and the average daily temperature is19 degrees. The endless sandy beaches have given it its name Costa Blanca (the White Coast).

The Costa Blanca is a paradise whether you like to stay on the beach the whole day, play golf or scuba dive in crystal clear waters. The nightlife features everything you would want from a nice quiet gourmet dinner to an all night party - catering for all ages and all tastes. Take your pick from quaint Spanish villages where time seems to have stopped or a skyscraper resort (like Benidorm) which never sleeps.

The Altea area

Nearby there is the village of Altea la Vella which has supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bar's, etc. Further afield there is the town of Altea which is rightfully known as ‘A Jewel in the Valencia Region’.

This picturesque town looks to the sea across one of the most delightful bays on the Mediterranean. Steeped in history, over the centuries Altea has welcomed (or been conquered by) Iberians, Romans, Moors and Christians, all of whom have contributed to the special culture of these coastal lands. The Old Town, with a walk through the cobbled streets and past the designer boutiques and craft shops up to the 'Domed Church' plaza at the top, should be on everyone's itinerary. In the Plaza the cultural and leisure centre of Añtea is the magnificent Church of the Virgen del Consuelo (Our Lady of Solace). Altea's peacefulness and tranquillity have made it a paradise for artists and craftsmen.


Whether you want a quiet holiday or a fun-packed one there is something for everyone in and around Altea - the Disney Style Terra Mitica theme park at Benidorm (just 30 minutes away by car), the newly open Terra Natura Animal Park, the Aqualandia Water Park, and the Mundomar Exotic Animal and Marine Park. There are Safari Parks at Aitana and Vergel, Waterfalls at Bolulla, Caves at Benidoleig and Canalobre. For superb international shows with dinner the renowned Benidorm Palace and the Casino Mediterráneo at Villajoyosa are not to be missed.

The natural relief of the nearby nine hole par 72 Altea Don Cayo golf course makes a golf round an exhilarating experience. Further afield you have the challenging championship courses at the Nicklaus designed Real de Faula at Benidorm, the Olazabal designed La Sella near the village of Jesus Pobre close to Javea, and the Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova.
