The apartment is located within the magnificent natural environment of the Mascarat Mountain, next to the Morro de Toix Nature Reserve and not far from the Luis Camponmanes Sports Marina.
This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of the coast, offering marvellous sea views. Oasis beach is a seafront apartment, the real feature of the property is the wonderful sea views from the master bedroom and living room terraces and the huge upper roof terrace with private pool (5x2m), the terraces are equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining and sun loungers.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is not as cold or wet in the winter as the Costa Brava, north of Costa Blanca, nor is it as humid or hot in the summer as the Costa del Sol, in the south. The Costa Blanca has the best all year round temperatures.
The climate is recognised as one of the best in the world by the World Health Organisation. Many people with arthritis come to the Costa Blanca and within days feel much better. In the winter months the Costa Blanca is lucky enough to have nearly as many sunny days as in the summertime.
The Costa Blanca has over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves and many of the beaches have the coveted European Blue Flag signifying cleanliness and safe bathing. The northern Costa Blanca is typically mountainous with cliffs and coves, a mixture of pebble beaches and fine sandy beaches. North of Altea it is surprisingly very green and lush.
Altea / Pueblo Mascarat area
There is a weekly Market in Altea on a Tuesday. There are 2 water sports centres serving Altea, El Club Nautico de Altea and the El Puerto deportivo de Luis Campomanes. Both offering diving, windsurfing, fishing, boat cruises and sailing. In the Luis Campomanes harbour you can see some of the most spectacular yachts.
There are 2 main beaches in Altea both a mixture of sand and pebbles. The Playa de la Roda and the Playa de Cap Blanch. Other beaches close to Altea are the Playa de Cap Negret with its black pebbles and the Playa de L´Olla just in front of the island with the same name. At the Mascarat point to the north of the Altea bay are the shingled coves of La Solsida, La Barreta and La Galera. The Palau Altea Centre d'Arts provides a vast variety of entertainment and cultural activities for both residents and visitors.
The bay of Altea stretches for 6km and the area boasts many 'blue flag' beaches, outstanding for their clear water. The apartment is a short walk to Altea's sandy bay which includes a port and the Luis Campomanes Marina and is home to many yachts and cruisers, bars and restaurants and exciting watersports. In Altea itself a nice walking tour could be starting in Plaza de Convento take the Pont de Moncau to the Vellaguarda. From Vellaguarda through the narrow cobbled medieval streets upwards to the old quarter Plaza and the blue domed church. Along the way you will most certainly stop for a while admiring the buildings with their carved wooden doors and balconies with metal grills. All with flowers such as geraniums and jasmines.
Another reason for stopping along the way are the many gift shops and art galleries. The Virgin del Consuelo which means Our Lady of Solace church with its blue dome is one of Costa Blanca’s postcard favourites. Throughout the town there are many excellent restaurants to enjoy at quite reasonable prices serving typical Valencian dishes.

How to get there
Altea is an easy drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports along the Motorway AP7 exsiting at junction 64. Most of the low cost airlines fly into these airports, Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch, Jet2, BMI Baby and many more. Ideally collect a hire car at the airport, it is recomended to get the best from your stay and drive to the apartment.
Alternatively you can take a taxi, this will cost approx 60€ to 75€ one way. Please note the motorway is a toll road so expect to collect you tick from the booth when you join the AP7 and pay the toll on exiting the motorway, the toll is between 5€ and 10€ depending on the season.

Two large terraces with sea views and views of Altea town. On the upper level terrace is a private 4 x 2 pool with ample space for sun loungers. There is also a community pool, gardens and allocated parking in the underground garage.
The fully fitted modern kitchen has granite worktops, sinks, electric oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob and stainless steel extractor hood, dishwasher & fridge/freezer. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, ceramic sink and clothes horse.
The master bedroom has a double bed with side tables, en suite bathroom. Glass doors opening onto terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds with bedside tables, opening onto private balcony. Both rooms have top of the range mattresses, built in wardrobes and fine linen. The main bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet. Roca suite with ceramic tiles, marble floor and mirror. Conditions
A deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking, at this time you will also be required to pay the departure clean and linen costs, details below. The final balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. On arrival you will be required to pay to the local agent the security deposit of 150 Euros, this will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday if the apartment/villa is handed back in the same condition as at the commencement of the stay. Payment by credit cards are subject to a 2% surcharge.
