Home description
This is a well funrnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area and there is a large terrace which is a perfect place to laze away the long hot days. There are 2 communual pools available for use by guests and also 2 tennis courts for the more energetic.
Calpe and Altea towns are close by - Calpe offering 2 beautiful sandy beaches, many shops, bars and restaurants, whilst Altea offers a pebble beach, and an old town with restaurants and art and craft shops. There is a small supermarket close to the apartment and the port of Luis Campomanes with bars and restaurants is a short distance. Within the complex of Mascarat there is a restaurant open daily.
This is an ideal location to relax and enjoy the views or take part in the many activities availble a short distance away - golf, rock climbing, walking, water sports to name but a few. The beautiful locations of Guadalest and the Fonts d'Algar are a short drive as is the bustling town of Benidorm with amusement parks, beaches, wildlife parks and water parks.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive using the AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh produce and good wine- Jalon is only approx 20 minutes and here you can taste the wine before you buy! There are lots of fiestas held throughout the year that can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays.
Calpe with it's sandy beaches and fantastic port area and landmark rock jutting from the sea known as the Peñon de Ifach is 10 minutes drive away. The lively resort of Benidorm can be easily reached in around 20 minutes - here there are many bars with entertainment and the shopping area of La Marina.
Altea / Pueblo Mascarat area
The town of Altea is close by and very picturesque. It has a beach area with long promenades and plenty of cafeterias and restaurants. Just behind the sea front is the shopping area with a range of shops and boutiques. The old town of Altea is a must - the old church can be seen from miles around and the town is typically Spanish.
At the near by port of Luis Campomanes you will find a large marina, shops, bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket close by. Many activities are available in the vacinity - the owner lived in this area for 3 years so anything you wish to know, please just ask!!
How to get there
Alicante airport is approx 45 minutes drive and Valencia is approx 1 hr 15 mins. The apartment is easily accessible from both - airlines such as EasyJet, RyanAir and Monarch all operate flights from many UK airports. Car hire is recommended and is very reasonable and cars can be collected from the airport - Carjet, Centuro, Victoria Cars all have outlets at the airports.

Further details indoors: This apartment is set in a fantastic position with views of the mountains from the terrace. The entance door opens into a hallway entering into the lounge area. There are patio doors from the lounge onto the terrace. There is a large, comforatable sofa, dining table and chairs, coffee table, TV and DVD player in the lounge area. The main bedroom is en-suite, has bulit in wardrobes and patio doors leading to the terrace. The second bedroom had 2 single beds and built in wardrobes. There is a second bathroom with shower, WC and sink. The kitchen is well fitted with appliances and has a separate utility area. This apartment is furnished very tastefully with everything you would need to enjoy your holiday.
Further details outdoors: There are two beautiful pools with umbrellas and loungers. The terrace is large and has a table and chairs for dining - the terrace catches the sun from around 11am until sunset. The apartments themselves are set in landscaped gardens and there is secure parking. The port of Luis Campomanes is a short distance away with bars and restaurants.

20% non-refundable deposit will secure your booking with the balance payable 28 days before the start of your holiday. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. We will request a £150 damage deposit which will be returned once your holiday is completed and the apartment has been checked.
