Lovely, older characterful house with separate annexe set in beautiful and colourful gardens surrounding the house. Small sports area with badminton court, 9 hole mini-golf (putting green), large swimming pool, and terraces with sun loungers, chairs, tables and umbrellas.
The villa is located 5km from Benidorm, 9km from Calpe and 2kms from Albir. There are lots of restaurants, quiet bars and hotels with night-life. Beaches are 20 minutes' walk from the property and supermarkets are 10 - 15 minutes' walk. A car is advised as it is uphill coming back! A perfect "freedom" holiday in your own private grounds with sea views through the palm and pine trees.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Benidorm has all the night life you could wish for, if that's what you are looking for, and only 15 minutes away by car away.
Terra Mittica is a theme park attraction just outside Benidorm, well worth a visit, and also in Bendorm you will find Aqualandia, a water park attraction. Mundomar is an exotic animal park, also worth a visit.
Altea / El Planet area
Altea is a quiet area just 20 minutes' walk to the beach, bars and cafes. A car is better as there is an uphill walk back. A "must see" place to visit is the dld town of Altea, with its steep, narrow streets and steps that lead you up to the parish church with its beautiful blue dome, which then opens up to the main square.
The streets here are full of bars and eating places, and also small craft shops. Altea is a coastal area with a port and shipyard, and watersports. The lovely promenade runs full length of the beach, and is well worth a relaxing stroll, especially at night.
Altea la Vella is where you will find the local golf course.
How to get there
Flights to either Alicante, Murcia or Valencia - all of which can be reached by budget airlines such as Ryanair and Easyjet.

Further details indoors: The main house has two double bedrooms, one has an adjoining nursery with single bed and cot, and a further single bedroom leading off dining area for 6.
The annexe has a separate entrance into a lounge with folding bed, a small kitchenette with cooker and fridge, and shower room.
3 steps down into a further family size bedroom with 1 double, and 1 small single bed if required.There is a balcony with table and chairs for outdoor eating, and plenty of terraces with sun loungers and chairs. Parking area within lockable gates.
The kitchen in the main house is equipped with an American-style fridge-freezer with ice cube dispenser, as well as a dishwasher, cooker, microwave and washing machine.
All rooms have either ceiling fans and/or air conditioning units. The villa and separate annexe is equipped for 10 people including children.
Further details outdoors: The pool is fenced by a 1mtr high enclosure and 2 lockable gates, for the safety of small children. The `private tennis court `listed, is a Badminton Court, and not tennis as stated. There is also a small 9 hole putting green, golf clubs and balls are supplied. We also have a large size trampoline situated in the private grounds of the villa, all of which is for your use and is not shared by others.
The outdoor facilities are excellent.
